Exceptional customer service from talking to Robin in the office to deal with the guys who came out to empty our tanks. They've taken care of our place as long as I can remember. They've even come out to fix a septic emergency in the dead of the winter. The prices are the best around and there aren't any hidden fees.

Matt, Robyn and team are simply the best folks and always do great work; prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable. We've had them do both our septic maintenance and drain cleaning for years... and they do fantastic work. Couldn't recommend higher!

Mikes Septic is amazing. Called and talked to Robin on a Saturday morning with septic issues and she worked her magic and had the guys to my house two hours later to get the problem fixed for me. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I can.

These guys were easy and efficient to work with! Mike’s was able to come out same day and help with a pipe clog we had in the basement, causing the toilet to overflow. Mike's has been quick and responsive for septic compliance checks and septic repairs during real estate transactions. They also cleared a main drain at one of our rental properties. They are good at what they do and make sure the problem is taken care of. Plus they have cute Christmas decorations;)

Started with a phone call on Saturday morning 5:30 am, answered efficiently and professionally by Robyn regarding drainage/sewer back up, Matt and Matt were here in a short order on the same Saturday morning, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They are passionate about their work, and are customer service oriented. I highly recommend them!
