Exceptional customer service from talking to Robin in the office to deal with the guys who came out to empty our tanks. They've taken care of our place as long as I can remember. They've even come out to fix a septic emergency in the dead of the winter. The prices are the best around and there aren't any hidden fees.

These guys were easy and efficient to work with! Mike’s was able to come out same day and help with a pipe clog we had in the basement, causing the toilet to overflow. When the job was complete they explained to us the issue m, how they fixed it, and even provided advice for future suggestions. Highly recommend Thanks again!

Started with a phone call on Saturday morning 5:30 am, answered efficiently and professionally by Robyn regarding drainage/sewer back up, Matt and Matt were here in a short order on the same Saturday morning, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They are passionate about their work, and are customer service oriented. I highly recommend them!
