Milan Laser Hair Removal

Immaculate. Not only was the consult fun and informative but I just left my first session where Michelle provided the service and I am in awe. Not only was Michelle kind and comforting but she’s funny, relatable, and actually cared about my level of comfort during the procedure. I’m ultra neurodivergent so was… Read full review

Nancy is amazing! I felt so comfortable during the entire session!!

Nancy did a great job, very thorough and nice!

Best wax experience I have ever had. She is quick without doing a rush job and is very good at what she does! She guides you through what she’s doing especially if it is your first time and adapts well to her clients needs and personalities!

Nancy made my experience so wonderful and comfortable, I am coming back again and again!

They’re great :) i’ve been going for a year for my face and the hair reduction is so good. They’re very professional and friendly and they’re so lovely.

Nancy was amazing! She had great music, friendly energy, and made sure I was doing okay throughout the whole treatment! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! This was my fourth session, and it was the best one yet thanks to Olivia. She was incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable. She was also incredibly nice, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to do my laser. Thank you so much. It was a fantastic experience overall.

I've been coming for two years for the full body treatment. I've had some stubborn hairs but I've overall been happy with my treatments. Everyone there has been kind and professional.

I had such a great experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal! The staff are super friendly, professional, and always make me feel comfortable during each session. They take time to explain everything and check in on how I’m feeling throughout the treatment. I’ve already noticed amazing results after just a few visits… Read full review

Nancy was wonderful!

Nancy was really great. She was very gentle, and made sure to let me know every step of the way what she was doing which I really appreciated. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and she was very sweet. It made my experience so much better.

Amazing experience! After shaving and waxing for FOREVER I was looking for something that would be more permanent. I was hesitant at first but it actually works! I'm so happy with my results and I'm not even done with all of my treatments. They guarantee that you will be hair free for life or they'll treat the area… Read full review

I'd been wanting to do laser hair removal for a while, but was very self-conscious and nervous about the process. After 1 appointment with Nancy, I'm much more at ease. It's definitely still awkward, but she was so kind and funny and it really helped me relax. It's not a painless process, but it's less painful than… Read full review

I’ve had 4 treatments on 7 different areas at Milan Laser in Colonie and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results so far! Nancy, my RN, is the best. She’s so kind and easy to talk to, and she really listens. I told her which areas were most sensitive for me, and she tailored my session with that in mind. We… Read full review

Nurses are always courteous, professional and talkative, highly recommend

First off, the people at Milan are the nicest people. I went for a consultation and they explained everything thoroughly to me and helped me make a decision. I ended up doing a reasonable payment plan for my legs and Brazilian. On my first day of the appointment I missed some hairs in places and they helped me… Read full review

Though it is not the funniest thing to willingly put yourself through, all the girls here are truly wonderful. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has made me feel so comfortable with something that is so vulnerable. I truly recommend coming here if you’re looking for good people to trust on your self love journey 🫶🏻

It is great, the place is always super clean and the employees are super nice!

I’ve had great results. I got the unlimited package and I love that I can go until I’m satisfied with the results. Everyone in the office is so nice and they always work with my schedule.

Love this place! Everyone is super friendly and professional. Don’t go anywhere else for laser hair removal!!!

I’m seeing great results with my treatments so far and the staff is always super friendly and respectful

The staff is super friendly which is greatly appreciated and needed for a personal/intimate service such as hair removal. My third treatment will be in early February and I am already seeing great results !

Best place ever! They are all very kind and they know what they are doing. 100% worth the money.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Currently having it done and it's PHENOMENAL. The hair reduction is immediate, the staff is friendly and let's you know every step of the way what's happening and expected. Any questions you have are welcome and answered. I've always felt comfortable. I've been to several hair removal salons before but this one is by far the best.

I love Milan Laser because it’s clean, the staff are super friendly and accommodating and the people performing the laser hair removal are nurses so I always feel safe and like I’m getting the best service!

I started going to Milan in August of 2021. Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I am almost hair-free now and I am so happy with my decision. They offer financing and honor the treated area for life so you can touch up if needed. I originally went for full face and neck, but have added a… Read full review
