Me and my brother recently went here to fix his pc. All i gotta say is awesome service 10/10 the guy Tyler is really chill, the pc only took like a week which is not bad given what happened to it. Id recommend coming here if your pc needs to be fixed and you don't wanna do it yourself XD

Tyler did a phenomenal job at fixing my hdmi port on my xbox. It took about a week and a half but when i got my xbox back it was in great shape abd cleaner than i had left it and the hdmi port worked immediately. Was so happy with the buisness. Cost less than having microsoft do it too!!.

John did a great job at getting her upgraded and also finally doing something to back her data up. Kudos to the team at that store, and the next time I'm in WI, I'll thank them in person.

I needed a case for a new PC build and he pointed me to exactly what I needed and at a good price. Thank You John for all your help over the years! Original post: I stopped at the West Bend store today for a much needed, hard to find TINY special screw for my PC. At the store, John was a huge help in locating the part for me and getting me on my way. I can't say thanks enough to John for his great service. I'll be back for all my future needs.
