Jay came out one day after I contacted MN Wildlife. He came prepared to catch snakes and give an abatement estimate. His energy was great. I enjoyed talking to him, and watching him catch snakes! He got right into it, and by it I mean the shrubs. He could be on a nature show. I highly recommend this company.
Jay did an excellent job in replacing our squirrel vents after we had our roof re-shingled that required replacement of our existing squirrel/bat vents. He was very thorough and professional. We are confident that no critters will now enter our home.
We had a raccoon family that decided to move into our chimney. Mike's persistence evicted this unwanted family from our home in the most humane way. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
