Impressed with the communication and service.

Heath was punctual today , respectful of my home, and thorough in his work. In an industry where customer service can vary so much, he truly stands out. Jacob listened to my concerns and took care of them. Great job, thanks

My service provider was pleasant and has a nice smile.

Mira technician, Javorris worked a good amount of time protecting our home from pests. I was not home when he arrived, but he left me a detailed account of the services he provided.

Santos was great! I think we’re going to be pleased with our new service.

My technician first off is very courteous. I had spiders gathering in my basement, he dusted all the corners and now they're gone...

My tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great service!

Tech called before entering the property was respectful and responsible. while cleaning a light fixture it fell and broke. he cleaned the glass and immediately reported it to both me and his rep.

Corey came and completed my service today. He was very friendly and professional.

Shannon was great. He listened to me while I was describing the bugs I was seeing and where. He treated all the areas taking special care of the areas I had been seeing bugs and wasps. Shannon was friendly and got right to work without delay.

Mira Homes (rep Chance) always show up on time and have been great to work with. They always text me before so our dog is secure inside (pittie doesn’t like people in his yard). Love the communication and a bug free yard.

Brian Jaggers did a great job today - he was thorough and asked if there was anything else he could do - thank you Brian!

Brian Jaggers was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions!

Good so far. This was my 2nd service. Really liked my technician Brian Jaggers and hope to have him again. He was thorough, explained what he was treating, answered my safety questions, and very personable. Spider and wasp population now negligible.

Deante did a thorough job addressing all the pest trouble areas. Very professional and respectful of the property.

Working with John to set up my services and Jacob who performed the first service was wonderful. The pricing was fair, and once I saw how much time and care Jacob put into knocking down cobwebs, treating every possible area, etc., I am more impressed and would say the price is excellent when compared to previous… Read full review

Exterior home pest control

We were lied to upon signing up the salesman compared services to Terminex and did not come anywhere close. Kylie from Mira Homes did a great job servicing our home. She explained what she was doing and why, she was very personable and most of all very professional.

Technician disposed of sticky traps in garage, but forgot to replace them. Overall, the service seems to be better than the previous company. Each company has something they do better than the others.

Mira pest control just finished there service and did amazing. They talked through every step and really took there time to explain what they were doing.

The service was great! Great communication prior to the service the technician arrived on time and was behind professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others in my neighborhood also my family and friends.

Timmy did a great job. Very professional.

Mira home has been servicing my home for nearly a year now. I have no complaints. They are so easy to work with, it's truly a chore off my plate. It's easy to reschedule if needed, but they never fail to show up and do a great job. I've had a few great service techs out, I specifically would like to call out Santos… Read full review

Tim was very polite, professional and did a great job!

Even though I only had the outside done today, the service was great! Jett showed up on time, was very polite, listened to my concerns, then went straight to work. Everything I asked for was done. He even knocked down all of the webs and nasty bug stuff off of the house before he started spraying. I wasn't expecting that, but I sure am happy about it!

Great first treatment experience. From Tomas walking me through the process and getting me signed up to Brian the technician calling prior to arriving and letting me know his process.
