Brian was super friendly and professional. My dogs were out in the backyard and I wasn’t home to put them up. He completed the services he could. I apologized when I came home and he came back to finish the backyard! Above and beyond for sure!

The reps for this company worked in extreme heat and maintained a positive attitude towards their work and my property. Courteous professional considerate to the entire neighborhood. I had a crew at my property to remove an old, large play set. We quickly realized there was a large bald faced hornet nest on it. My technician, M'kiyah Ta'mar, was nearby at another property, but was able to quickly come over and take care of it so the crew could disassemble the play set. He was quick, friendly, and efficient.

Rhamani knocked out spider/cobwebs from the screened porch. He set new traps in the garage. He sprayed around the entire outside of the house. We did a really good job.

Technician disposed of sticky traps in garage, but forgot to replace them. Overall, the service seems to be better than the previous company. Each company has something they do better than the others.

Mira pest control just finished there service and did amazing. They talked through every step and really took there time to explain what they were doing.

We had our first treatment with Mira today. Our tech spent over 1 1/2 hours treating the exterior and interior of our home today. He didn’t rush the service like other pest companies have previously done and you could tell he wanted to do a good job. He explained to my husband exactly what he was doing and followed up to ask if we had any questions.

Conor our sales associate was very informative and directed me towards treatment that best fit my home. We received good service in timely major.

I was serviced today by a very polite gentleman. He took care of everything requested and explained what he did, what to expect, and what to do if anything else happens. I appreciate the help and service provided.

Shannon did a thorough job of identifying and addressing multiple bees nests around my home and detached garage. He explained the treatments for bees and insects, areas of the house he would like to access and treat, both inside and outside, and discussed how long to keep our pets away from treated areas. Good first service and impression overall!

Even though I only had the outside done today, the service was great! Jett showed up on time, was very polite, listened to my concerns, then went straight to work. Everything I asked for was done. He even knocked down all of the webs and nasty bug stuff off of the house before he started spraying. I wasn't expecting that, but I sure am happy about it!
