Tech called before entering the property was respectful and responsible. while cleaning a light fixture it fell and broke. he cleaned the glass and immediately reported it to both me and his rep.

Corey came and completed my service today. He was very friendly and professional.

Shannon was great. He listened to me while I was describing the bugs I was seeing and where. He treated all the areas taking special care of the areas I had been seeing bugs and wasps. Shannon was friendly and got right to work without delay.

Mira Homes (rep Chance) always show up on time and have been great to work with. They always text me before so our dog is secure inside (pittie doesn’t like people in his yard). Love the communication and a bug free yard.

We were lied to upon signing up the salesman compared services to Terminex and did not come anywhere close. Rhamani knocked out spider/cobwebs from the screened porch. He set new traps in the garage. He sprayed around the entire outside of the house. We did a really good job.

This is the third company who has attempted to get rid of mosquitoes. So far so good and worth the money. My Repp today was phenomenal. He had a great sense of humor was professional on time and seemed genuine and down to earth. I couldn’t ask for a better Tech

Technician disposed of sticky traps in garage, but forgot to replace them. Overall, the service seems to be better than the previous company. Each company has something they do better than the others.

Mira pest control just finished there service and did amazing. They talked through every step and really took there time to explain what they were doing.

We had our first treatment with Mira today. Our tech spent over 1 1/2 hours treating the exterior and interior of our home today. He didn’t rush the service like other pest companies have previously done and you could tell he wanted to do a good job. He explained to my husband exactly what he was doing and followed up to ask if we had any questions.
