Working with John to set up my services and Jacob who performed the first service was wonderful. Technician was very polite and explained what he was going to do before he began work. Notified promptly when he was finished. Kudos to him for a job well done.

Ali did a thorough job inside and outside my home for insects and mice.

Tim is very professional and personable. He politely asked if there were any specific issues that he should know about. Since there were none I told him about the dead mouse and we decided to repair the trap and move it to the bay where the mice may be entering. Tim is a pleasure to work with and would be a great mentor for new trainees.

Rhamani knocked out spider/cobwebs from the screened porch. He set new traps in the garage. He sprayed around the entire outside of the house. We did a really good job.

Technician disposed of sticky traps in garage, but forgot to replace them. Overall, the service seems to be better than the previous company. Each company has something they do better than the others.
