Miramar Carpet and Tile Cleaning

Highly recommend! He is a man of his word. I’ve used him several times, this last time the job turned out bigger than he expected, but he did not raise the price from what he quoted just like his slogan claims. This is the only carpet cleaning service I will use!

We had Aaron from Miramar Carpet Cleaning come to our home yesterday, and he did an amazing job! He cleaned two large area rugs, four upholstered chairs, and a large upholstered ottoman. After such a dusty summer, everything looks practically brand new! The difference was truly amazing — almost shocking in the best… Read full review

I have used Miramar for years because of their outstanding work and great customer service. The owner Aaron is so kind and friendly, he wants you to be satisfied with all work done, which we always are. I would highly recommend them for all your furniture, carpet, and tile cleaning in Gilbert AZ.

Aaron is actually the best. I had a cream white sectional couch in storage for over a year, and Aaron literally came to my house on his day off and made my couch look BRAND NEW. I’m afraid to sit on it now because I don’t want it to get dirty and I can’t remember it this clean since I bought it. He’s so kind and… Read full review

I have used Miramar Carpet Cleaning for over 15 years. They cleaned my bedrooms and chair today and it all looks like new. It’s so nice to have a refresh this time of year. The master had about 10 large dirt spots from a plumbing service we used to re-pipe the house. In the office, we had a couple pet stains that I… Read full review

They did a great job on our carpet and all of our upholstery. We have used them a few times and have never been disappointed. Thank you

Amazing company! They are so efficient and thorough with the carpets. They were so friendly and professional. I loved that they also used booties after cleaning. They also take care not to scratch the walls! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We moved into this lovely rental house where the previous renters had dogs. Our dogs in turn have been showing who really lives there by marking the carpet whenever we’re not looking. It was starting to get pretty bad over the course of a few months so we called Miramar who came highly recommended by two different… Read full review

Had carpet and chair cleaned. Did a great job and workers were professional and friendly.

Aaron was amazing! The scheduling was easy, Aaron's arrived on time, he worked tirelessly for hours to clean 2 tile bathroom floors & 2 light colored very dirty couches. Everything turned out like new. Exceptional service by a small local company. We highly recommend!

They did a great job- very friendly and helpful. Price was great and they even showed up early!

I have enlisted the help of Miramar carpet cleaning on two occasions as of today. In September 2025, they cleaned two couches for me which turned out beautiful. Today they cleaned and sealed my travertine flooring and grout. On both occasions, they arrived in a timely fashion, worked diligently and explained every… Read full review

Miramar just completed cleaning my carpets and outdoor cushions for an upcoming family celebration at my home. They did an excellent job in an efficient, professional manner. I especially appreciate their friendly attitude, and that they always leave my home the way they found it.

So friendly and they cleaned our red chair that I thought was beyond cleaning.

We have used Miramar for years at two different houses. They are always thorough and professional. They go above and beyond to clean everything from dog hair to baby messes. We will continue to use and recommend them!!

I have used Miramar Carpet Cleaning Services for approximately the last 10 years. After using other national named Carpet Cleaning Services, I’ve found Miramar superior to any other company I’ve used. Very professional, thorough and friendly. You get the same individual and experience each and every time. They… Read full review

The absolute best! I've worked with this company for years! Never going anywhere else! Thank you Aaron for always doing the absolute best every time!

Great service and everything looks brand new now. Highly recommend them!

Ivan and Mike are the best! They work so hard and really do seem to care. It bothers them when it doesn't look quite right, so they go the extra mile. This time we had them do the tile. But previous times he's done the carpeting and cleaned our patio furniture cushions. Always a great job. Aaron and his crew are amazing.

Our rug and couches look brand new, and they were so sweet with my kids. They took their time to explain and talk to them. Would recommend any day.

Aaron and his cousin are amazing! They are very kind, professional and made our carpet and sofas and rugs look brand new again. They worked very hard and went over and above our needs. We highly recommend Aaron and we are looking forward to hiring him again!! My family is very thankful for him!!

We had various areas of tile, carpet, area rugs and upholstery (a large sectional sofa and bar stools) to be cleaned. Ivan & Mike spent many hours at our home working hard. They were very careful when moving furniture and even took the sofa apart to clean each section. They checked in with me numerous times to make… Read full review

I have used this company several times and nobody stands behind their work like Miramar Carpet. They are professional. Their quality of work goes above and beyond. They truly care about what they do. Five stars all the way.

Aaron did a phenomenal job on our sectional & carpet. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

Excellent local service. I had them clean a sofa, ottoman and bedroom carpet. A person answered the phone (no message) and promptly scheduled service. Aaron was very nice and gave me several suggestions. Moved my furniture so I didn’t have to. Reasonably priced and very honest. I highly recommend this company.

On time, hard working and answered all my questions. He required very little set work by me, he moved everything and was complete exactly when he predicted. I’ve used these guys ever since I moved to Mesa in 2015. Miramar Get my highest recommendation!

That was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! Aaron is experienced, knowledgeable and hard working. Worth every cent and it’s the first time I ever tipped a carpet cleaner in my 76 years.

I have used Miramar for several years! They are always on time, courteous, fair in price and do the BEST work. In addition to cleaning carpets in our home, Miramar cleans our daycare carpets. Miramar has been able to get out the toughest stains the children have left behind. I would definitely recommend Miramar!!
