They were moving some VERY heavy items from Encinitas to Solana Beach. First they introduced themselves. They were very careful with each with each item, using cardboard and straps. They looked at all the options of unloading when we got there and chose the best option and then with me adjusted them a few times.…
Best delivery and moving service we’ve ever used. We’ve had 3 high end furniture deliveries and a full house move. Everything went perfect. These guys are the best!

I’ve been hesitant to write this review but it’s been a few weeks since I utilized their service and the experience is still not sitting well with me. I purchased a very nice cabinet from Arhaus, and this company was recommended for transport. The cabinet was a floor model and it was in perfect condition when purchased. It was originally $4,500 and I purchased it for around $1,500. The delivery was $225. I live in bankers hill, about 10 minutes from the store. I was unable to schedule delivery for a set time and was given a short warning before arrival. This was challenging as I’m on client calls throughout the day. This wasn’t even the issue — the issue came upon delivery. Three men arrived. One was clearly in charge, Nicholas. The other two men were very calm, quiet, and nice. They had a large moving truck and wrapped the cabinet nicely. They carried it up one flight of stairs and moved it into my back room. For some reason, they removed the blankets before the cabinet was through the hall. I heard a noise that didn’t sound good but I let them do their thing. Once they were finished I examined the piece and noticed white marks on the bottom of the door and the base of the cabinet. One of the guys said Nicholas would be up. I showed Nicholas and he took no responsibility, nearly being combative with me while I was being kindly direct. He literally said it could not have happened in the house — to which I pointed out that every door and wall of mine was white and that I heard the cabinet hit something. He then had the audacity to say, “Well it is a floor model”, to which I said it was in pristine condition when I left it at the store a few days before and that I had a picture of it if he’d like to see. I was so bothered, annoyed, and upset. I paid the Venmo so he could get out of my house. The situation should have been handled very differently. He should have accepted responsibility or acknowledged the problem and tried to find a solution. I would never hire him again and I do not recommend his service.
