Juan Malagon was extremely professional and had such an outstanding personality. He was very detailed, friendly, on time and patient, allowing me to ask several questions. He exudes high level leadership ability and skills.
These guys rule, John helped me when I called for issues in my apartment and then again helped me when I called for same day service for the office I work for. Very professional arrived on time and explained how the treatment was done and how much it would cost. Got all the documents signed. Then he got to work.
SERINA did an excellent job!
I am impressed with this company. I have had 3 different service technicians service my property, every tech has went above and beyond their call of duty. Very prompt and courteous. Serina took time to explain everything and answer all our questions. Excellent service.
Mission always does great job. And not overpriced like some other local places. Being Veteran owned and operated to me is a huge bonus.

This was my first experience with Mission Pest solutions. Price was not bad to kick things off. Simon was awesome. It normally takes me several years to find good contractors and service companies. I’ve found that the really good ones are outnumbered by the bad or subpar. Mission Pest was one of the first that I hired when we moved to Jacksonville, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are extremely professional, responsive to…
