We had scratching sounds in the attic at night and suspected rodents. The technician inspected roof edges and ventilation points and found a small entry gap. He placed traps and bait carefully without making a mess. The first couple of nights still had some noise, but it gradually stopped within a week. I would have…

Andrew was amazing, very informative
Andrew was the best truly appreciate him
Xavier came by today for our initial visit. He was timely, professional, kind, and accommodating as I was working remotely on a call. He holds strong expertise and gave some immediate recommendations on pest-proofing the house for the future. We look forward to his next visit. Thanks Xavier!
Tripp was an amazing pest control tech! Not only did he work with our schedule, he was able to remove a dead squirrel from our attic at no extra charge to us. Friendly, efficient service, and I would highly recommend!
Freddy was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He found the problem right away and fixed it. I will definitely recommend Freddy and Mitchell Pest Services to others and call them myself again if another pest problem arises in the future. I am so glad I called. Andrew was fantastic-on time, helpful and honest.
Trip has been a life saver! I highly recommend him taking time and explaining and being extra thorough in his inspection of my home for pests! Thank you Trip!
Fantastic service.
I have been fighting having mice in my home for about 4 months now. I've have the contract with Mitchell for quarterly pest maintenance so I have used them for this same issue since it's covered. I've had 4 different techs come to my home to try to contain this mice problem. I had not seen much success and it was…
Andrew was great! We have had them for over 10 years and they’ve done an excellent job and everything they do. All their technicians are first class..
awesome people to work with! always professional and does an excellent job
Amazing over the top service! Andrew was extremely diligent and helpful. He noticed multiple areas of potential entry to my home and filled them with applying extra caulk, silicone, and brillo to it. It was like hiring a contractor to come! And all included in the normal service! Now that is five star customer service!
Wasn’t here for only about 5 minutes
Great company to work with. I bought I house that had an expired warranty and they renewed it at the same price. They also will inspect crawl spaces that other companies say are too low to inspect. The inspector who came today was right on time and could not have been any friendlier. He even did some spraying…
Serviceman called ahead of time as requested so I could crate my dog. Two men came. One worked on the outside and one inside. Both were very informative and efficient. Great experience!
The service person spent a lot of time assessing our ant problem and explaining it to us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. A very personable young man.
Chelsea and Jay are very friendly, professional, and great to deal with. Quick response.
Starting off with Mitchell Pest Services after we had just moved here felt right from the initial phone call with Tom. I asked about pricing and he was courteous, professional and assuring that the tech he assigned would do the job we expected. Within a few days Jonath arrived and on-time. He did a thorough crawl…

They were super nice and friendly. Answered all my questions and he bonded with my husband . He was super great with our animals too.
Great to work with, Mitch was able to help me get a second treatment for powder post beetles infestation at no cost.
This is the third pest service we have tried and it is also the best. Phaly found some holes in the drywall that we missed in the laundry room and he also found a hole behind the stove in the kitchen. He sealed off the holes for us. No other pest service we’ve tried has done sealing. He also sprayed and set out…

Andrew at Mitchell Pest Services has been great to work with. I live in LA but grew up in RVA. I hired Mitchell to help with a rodent issue at my parents house, and Andrew has been our guy now on multiple visits. He is thorough, professional, and really knows his stuff. Highly recommended

They young gentleman that came out was a very informative respectable young man who definitely knew his job. He came in and let us know what he was looking for and why with each part of the house he was inspecting at the time. Kudos to this Gentleman. Job well done.

Outstanding service!!! Jonath was an encyclopedia of knowledge in his craft. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He is an asset to Mitchell. I would give him a raise or a bonus if I could. I would highly recommend using Mitchell Pest Services and Jonath for your pest control needs.
Mitchell Pest Service is the company to call! My entire experience starting with scheduling an appointment to the day of our inspection was absolutely perfect! I knew we were in good hands. Jonath, our technician, was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He offered a turn-key solution to our wildlife…
Fantastic experience during a very unpleasant event. Mitchell got us scheduled the next morning when many others needed days or a week+. Time was of the essence however because we had a dead animal in our wall. Jonah went the extra mile to take care of my family and I’ll never forget that. Couldn’t have been a…
From the information call to inspections, the people at Mitchell have been great. The online portal is handy, the prices are competitive, and the service so far is outstanding. Looking forward to my first year with them!
Jonathan was professional and polite. He performed a thorough inspection and advised me of everything he found along with recommendations of potential solutions. I would recommend Mitchell Pest Services.
Very courteous. On time. So far so good in terms of work and effectiveness. Know that any rodent control company = a work in progress and can’t guarantee 100% elimination on the first visit (unless you fumigate I think). One recommendation: Mitchell should consider supplying its tech with a decent amount of shoe…
I am rating my conversation with Chelsea as I have not had the inspection yet. She was very patient, informative, and professional. Followed up as requested. She answered all questions honestly and with the knowledge of a professional. I am responding as someone with commercial pesticide experience 7A
Alfonso was a true professional. On time, pleasant and definitely very knowledgeable about my rodent problem. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and communicated the details of the plan for extermination. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Had a wonderful honest experience with Mitchell pest. They won't try to upscale anything you don't need and tell you how to do it yourself. Jonah is extremely educated and would welcome him into my home anytime!
FANTASTIC service and went above and beyond to help with my extremely tight timeframe. I am a customer for life!
Kind, thorough, on time, professional. Very pleased.
Fred, Jonah, and Chris were representatives that came to our home on x2 separate occasions to inspect & treat our Richmond house for termites. They properly and easily explained every part of the process they were going to do, and throughly examined the home. I felt extremely comfortable and trusted by these…
