Customer service was great. I got a call back immediately and they were able to send a technician out the same day. Hopefully the yellow jackets are gone forever!
Tripp was an amazing pest control tech! Not only did he work with our schedule, he was able to remove a dead squirrel from our attic at no extra charge to us. Friendly, efficient service, and I would highly recommend!
Customer service is excellent and Tripp is always so sweet to my dogs. Would highly recommend Mitchell’s Peat Services
Andrew was great! Quick response time, friendly, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable about pests. Our specific issue was yellow jackets and he found all their hang out spots and eliminated them. ☺️
Silver came in super respectful and polite and answered all of our questions along with doing his job diligently.
awesome people to work with! always professional and does an excellent job
Great service as always!
Amazing over the top service! Andrew was extremely diligent and helpful. He noticed multiple areas of potential entry to my home and filled them with applying extra caulk, silicone, and brillo to it. It was like hiring a contractor to come! And all included in the normal service! Now that is five star customer service!
Jennifer is always a great pleasure to talk to and Mitchell Pest does top notch work. I have used them for 3 plus years now.
Always on time, meets all my needs! Including killing a yellow jacket nest! Cannot go wrong with Mitchell Pest!
I highly recommend Mitchell Pest. Everyone you speak with is great, but I want to express my appreciation of Keith, who is the manager, and Andrew, the technician. They are both outstanding service professionals. They are shining examples of great customer service because they actually care. And not only that, but…
Our service person applied insect and rodent killer to all accessible outdoor areas including 2nd story applications
Mitchell Pest came out to get rid of a yellow jackets nest. Multiple attempts with over the counter products were not getting the job done. One treatment with Mitchell took care of the issue. Would use them again.
Andrew provided exceptional service. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed each one inside and outside of the home. He is very thorough as well taking the time to eradicate a huge yellow jacket nest that formed in some cinderblocks that had been terrorizing our dogs. Can’t thank him enough for the top notch service!
Excellent service from Andrew today! He always gets ahead of the issue.
