Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kept me in the loop with updates on parts shipments, progress, etc… much more down home business oriented than many of the larger chains these days. Will recommend and use only Mitchell’s for all my future repairs.

Hit a deer on the way to work that did some serious damage to my vehicle. Took my vehicle to Mitchell's Body Shop and they lived up to their reputation by doing an awesome job. When I wrecked my car I was devastated. Mitchell’s Body Shop fixed everything and even took it to the Lexus dealer to have it calibrated. My car looks like new again. Their attention to detail is immaculate. I’ve used them before, and I will use them again and again!

I understand it takes awhile for parts to come in. That is not the complaint. The lack of communication is not acceptable. I was “transferred” to someone who could help me, however that person never picked up the phone. This happened multiple times. They had to send my vehicle to Toyota to be fixed. Toyota gets done…
