Their service was great. The staff was wonderful. This was a great experience with Mitchell’s. I recommend it to anyone.

Mitchell's evaluated my car after it was hit in a parking lot. The other driver's insurance contracted with Mitchell's as I requested. The car has been repaired and looks like new.

Professional, knowledgeable, underpromised time of completion, over delivered. Definitely our new go to & referral body shop hands down!

Took car for estimate for painting of defective places on my car.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people at this business. Enjoyed my experience working with them.

Communication could be better but they did a great job repairing our brand new tacoma after an accident!

They were very professional , friendly and tended to all of our car needs . They did a AWESOME job. We will be referring them to everyone we know and don't know. Thank you Mitchell's Body Shop !!!

Excellent service!

Mitchell’s did an excellent job on my daughter’s car. I like the fact that Mitchell’s sent me texts on the progress of the repair.

They did a great job on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Shelley was excellent to work with, assisting me from original estimate all the way to pickup. Would take my vehicle there again.

I’ve used Mitchell’s Body Shop several times over the years, and they have always done an outstanding job. Their workmanship is excellent, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. The customer service is truly second to none—friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They did great work also.

Mitchell’s did a great job on my Toyota Highlander and now I’m rolling again, Thanks Gabe

The one star was because the overall outcome was good. Customer service was terrible. Price was over twice the preliminary estimate. Kept our vehicle for about 6 weeks. No urgency. Never any updates unless we called them first.

Every person I worked with was so helpful and thorough with the process! Kept me informed daily on progress of my vehicle and as soon as they were able to be done sooner than expected they gave me a call. Thank you wonderful customer experience!

Great experience and good people. I found a few little flaws in the paint but to me not that big of a deal. You wouldn't even know unless you got up close to it and new where the work was done.

Great service!! Andy and his staff were extremely friendly from beginning to end. They were fast, and did the job right. I highly recommend Mitchell’s Body Shop!!

The staff was friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. My car was fixed in 2 weeks, probably would have been sooner were it not for the bad weather we got.I highly recommend Mitchell's Body Shop.

The staff at Mitchell’s was great from start to finish!

My experience with mitchells Body Shop was outstanding. I was kept informed as the repairs were being made and an estimate of when I was going to get my vehicle back was given to me on a routine basis. I’m very happy with the work that was done. They were totally professional thank you very much for the work on my truck.

We have had multiple vehicles serviced here over the years. Always friendly, pretty timely turn around. No issues. Great experience! Great people to work with for body work, they were very easy to contact and had great communication with the parts and timeline for completion.

I had a wreck with damage to the right side of my truck. I took it to Mitchell's & they were extremely friendly & explained the process in detail with a relatively quick time frame. Mitchell's Body Shop fixed a dent in my door, they did an awesome job and have great customer service.

Happy with repairs and out come of their work. Personal Communication was a bit spotty, and untimely time it took for repair. Squeaky wheel gets the grease, I didn’t push to get my truck back and it took about 2 months for repair. When I complained to the owner things started happing quickly. All- In- all I would… Read full review

I had a good experience with Mitchell's, 10+ years ago, very good quality body and paint service then. They replaced my rear bed fender on my Silverado. Paint matched perfectly, looks factory. I appreciated that they kept me informed during the repair process and they got done pretty quickly. I had hit a deer and I was only without my car for not quite a month.

Excellent customer service and wonderful outcome!

Excellent work, fast and professional. Clean and quality work.

Restoration of minor front end damage was like if came from the factory.

Couldn’t ask for more from an auto body shop. Great customer service and the repair job was very well done. They made it so easy! Absolutely would use them again (hopefully not lol) but will be referring them to our friends.

It was good but the symbol on the grill was dissatisfied..

Major work done in a timely manner considering the supply chain issues.

Mitchell’s does excellent work. I have been a customer for many many years for any family vehicle repairs.

Ms. Bozza very helpful

Very good

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kept me in the loop with updates on parts shipments, progress, etc… much more down home business oriented than many of the larger chains these days. Will recommend and use only Mitchell’s for all my future repairs.

There body shop did a remarkable job fixing our truck.

Customer service was great and they were speedy with repairs! Definitely would recommend to a friend!

Excellent communication and craftsmanship. Also, demonstrated integrity, in that they noticed a slight blemish on the new bumper and made plans to repair it before I was even aware. It was so slight, I would likely have never noticed it without them bringing it to my attention. Will continue to recommend them.

They did a wonderful job are car looks great. I cant even tell it was in an accident.

They handle my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. Very professional and had great communication. A+ rating all day

They repaired my small car after running over a dead deer consuming the highway. The bumper and entire exhaust system had to be replaced. I was involved in an accident (not at fault, Farm Bureau paid my claim relatively easily [I have State Farm]) that left my entire driver’s side ruined in addition to passenger side tires/rims. Mitchell’s was able to take my car in nearly immediately and called me within 24 hours with the initial update on timeline.… Read full review
