This is our second time using Mitchell's service great customer service comfortable and clean waiting area they go the extra mile

Their service was great. The staff was wonderful. This was a great experience with Mitchell’s. I recommend it to anyone.

Mitchell's evaluated my car after it was hit in a parking lot. The other driver's insurance contracted with Mitchell's as I requested. The car has been repaired and looks like new.

The one star was because the overall outcome was good. Customer service was terrible. Price was over twice the preliminary estimate. Kept our vehicle for about 6 weeks. No urgency. Never any updates unless we called them first.

Every person I worked with was so helpful and thorough with the process! Kept me informed daily on progress of my vehicle and as soon as they were able to be done sooner than expected they gave me a call. Thank you wonderful customer experience!

Great experience and good people. I found a few little flaws in the paint but to me not that big of a deal. You wouldn't even know unless you got up close to it and new where the work was done.

Hit a deer on the way to work that did some serious damage to my vehicle. Took my vehicle to Mitchell's Body Shop and they lived up to their reputation by doing an awesome job. My vehicle looked like it had never had any damage at all. I WILL take my vehicles to Mitchell's from now on. (Friendly and Professional)

We had a ding removed and the work exceeded expectations!

When I wrecked my car I was devastated. Mitchell’s Body Shop fixed everything and even took it to the Lexus dealer to have it calibrated. My car looks like new again. Their attention to detail is immaculate. I’ve used them before, and I will use them again and again!

This is my second repair with them, they are excellent, staff is great, and the work they put in on my vehicle is top notch, they are awesome!

Mitchell’s did a restoration paint and body work job on my 1996 Ford Bronco. I am beyond pleased with the results. The Bronco shines like it did the day I drove it off the lot. The customer service has been top notch with email updates throughout the job. I would use Mitchell’s again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

The office ladies are very friendly and helpful. The work looks great. They cleaned up the original headlight, so that it looks as new as the other new headlight that was replaced.
