I had mangled a few parts of the mower bad and a few other things could've used some love. Excellent workmanship and a reasonable price. It works as well as the day I got it. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Best part about it... I don't because he comes to me!

This guy knocks on my door and proceeded to yell at my father in law who was watching my children, all over a squirrel trapped in a trap on my roof, he told him we hired ultra safe to remove squirrels from our house who were damaging my home. Not a good way to represent your business

You have a ring doorbell and you can feel free to post the video... but Im sure you won't because it will prove you are lying. There was no yelling or screaming at your father in law so if that's what he told you he is not being honest.
While servicing the neighbor next door I heard a squeeling noise and a scratching noise. After some time I realized where it was coming from. There was have-a-heart traps on your roof and there was an animal in it. Given it was pouring rain and windy it was hard to see what it was. Was it a raccoon, a squirrel, possum, kitten?? The animal was in disress. Given all the holes in the house I assumed someone was trying to catch critters. Instead of calling animal control and making an issue I figured I'd knock on the door to make you aware . I knocked on the door and rang the doorbell twice and then he answered. I asked him if he knew there was an animal in the trap and he said there was cages because animals were coming in the house. I told him I understand but I'm letting you know you have one in the trap. He said someone will take care of it and "What do you think I put animals in cages up on my roof?". I said no but its pouring out and windy and the animal (not identified) was in distress and I wanted to make sure it was taken care of. It's December and unseasonably warm so when the temperature drops the animal will freeze to death and its inhumane. He then picked up the phone and spoke to someone and said they hired a pest control company who has been coming to check the traps daily. I told him ok, I'd come back by later to make sure the animal was removed and not left up there all weekend. The pest control company showed up not long after and removed the traps.
So in closing, there was no yelling between either of us. I simply had concern for the animal in a trap on the roof. We established there was a pest control company handling it, and they did. If your goal was to trash my business because I was concerned about the animal, I'm fine with that. If someone would read this review and not want to use me for trying to help an animal in distress, I can do without that person as a customer.

Don tuned up my Ariens snowblower today. He showed up on schedule and took the snowblower inside his truck. The snowblower had not been tuned up for years and he did an excellent, thorough job. He tested the snowblower after the tune up and communicated very professionally the work he completed. He answered all my questions and made some recommendations to keep the snowblower running smoothly. I highly recommend him to anyone needing snowblower maintenance, he comes to you.

My snowblower hadn't been serviced by anyone in over 10 years except me doing simple things like replacing a sparkplug. It was running rough...the wheels were sort of flat, the skids were rusted off etc. Don showed up and I didn't realize he did the work in your own driveway. After a reasonably long amount of time after the snowblower had been moved inside he truck he came out and I went to see my almost new looking very smoothly running snowblower with inflated tires and new skids among other new parts! 5 stars for sure.
