I’m really impressed!!! Have had horrible experiences with vets recently. Was pleasantly surprised with the greeting, spacious room, cleanliness, and very knowledgeable and informative staff. Signed up for membership immediately
My dog was too anxious to have a complete exam. Despite that I left with most of my questions answered and a lot of great info about healthy weight, activities, and suggestions (the green beans are a big hit!) on having a big senior boy. We’ll be returning next week on the meds prescribed to finish up his exam.
You can tell that this place actually cares about animals and it’s not there just to rip people off

Timely, professional excellent communication
We've had a great experience with Modern Animal Berkeley. I like being able to chat with vets, and it's easy to manage our pets care, all through the app. With the subscription, you get free and discounted services. All around, very satisfied.
I cannot praise Dr. Sindell and her staff enough! We were their clients in Marin County. When that office closed, we followed her to Berkeley. Our dog is difficult. Dr. Sindell and her staff understand that. They are so kind, compassionate and patient with us. We are so grateful!

Best vet experience. The annual subscription is excellent value if you take your pet in more than a couple times. Virtual care option is fantastic for quick questions. And the doctors and nurses have always seemed to genuinely care about my dog
