I felt heard and Dr. Sindell was amazingly efficient to quickly get so much information out of me and conveyed to me in a way that i could understand. And the technician and Dr Sindell were so confident, aware, patient, and nurturing that they were able to quickly and easily (or so it looked) get a blood draw from my anxious dog- something 2 other clinics were unable to do!

Genuinely kind and extremely skilled vets and veterinary nurses care for my elderly cat with multiple serious health issues. When they learned that my cat is very stressed by separations, they brought the equipment to take blood and urine samples right to the exam room so I could comfort him the whole time. They are exceptional professionals who go the extra mile and are some of the kindest people that I have ever met.

My dog was too anxious to have a complete exam. Despite that I left with most of my questions answered and a lot of great info about healthy weight, activities, and suggestions (the green beans are a big hit!) on having a big senior boy. We’ll be returning next week on the meds prescribed to finish up his exam.
