The veterinarian took the time with my shih tsu and did a pretty thorough examination and gave me excellent alternatives to the issue my fur baby was experiencing. This summer, he had been skunked and bitten by fleas. The flea treatment I had been using just was not working, and the skunk spraying him was an experience neither of us had experienced. Well, on the latter, he was okay, but the fleas had caused a rash and we are working on that; he is doing better. First time for everything!

We had a very short timeline to complete all of the paperwork and obtain the USDA endorsements required for Ginger’s international travel, and Jessica stayed on top of every detail. Great service, technicians, and doctors. Dr. Wu was super patient and willing to take time to answer my questions and concerns, as well as give recommendations for preventative and other care options for my aging dog. They also did a great job with a recent procedure with no issues or complications afterward.
