Reviewers highlight thorough examinations, compassionate staff, and efficient handling of procedures like vaccinations, dental work, and international travel paperwork. Many clients note long-term loyalty and praise the clinic's ability to manage anxious pets with patience. However, several low-star reviews criticize the front desk for dismissive communication, significant wait times, and difficulty securing urgent appointments. Additional complaints mention unexpected fees for minor issues and perceptions that diagnostic testing is excessive relative to the cost.

Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review, Patty !
The veterinarian took the time with my shih tsu and did a pretty thorough examination and gave me excellent alternatives to the issue my fur baby was experiencing. This summer, he had been skunked and bitten by fleas. The flea treatment I had been using just was not working, and the skunk spraying him was an experience neither of us had experienced. Well, on the latter, he was okay, but the fleas had caused a rash and we are working on that; he is doing better. First time for everything!

I can’t thank the entire team enough for everything they did to help Ginger travel overseas. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive, making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. A special thank you to Jessica, who moved incredibly quickly to make everything happen. We had a very short timeline to complete all of the paperwork and obtain the USDA endorsements required for Ginger’s international travel, and Jessica stayed on top of every detail. Her dedication, efficiency, and communication made all the difference. Thank you all you have done to help us. Truly appreciate it.

Great service, technicians, and doctors. Dr. Wu was super patient and willing to take time to answer my questions and concerns, as well as give recommendations for preventative and other care options for my aging dog. They also did a great job with a recent procedure with no issues or complications afterward.
