Mold was discovered during inspection of an inherited house I had under contract with a buyer. The damage was between 2 kitchen cabinets, in a space behind a lazy susan, where there had previously been a portable on-demand water heater. We got an estimate from a different company that does mold testing and…
Alberto came to the and inspected the areas I was concerned about and asked if he could look around. He was able to find more issues I was unaware of and gave great advice on moving forward. Service was great. Alberto arrived on time and was quite pleasant. He provided an inspection for mold in an area where our roof had leaked for a short period before we had it repaired, yet the room has a little musty smell. We’re now waiting the results, but so far the service has been great!
