There exists a significant conflict of interest when the company that does the "mold test" also provides the remediation. NM has no state regs, laws or standards regarding mold. Probably because we are in a low moisture high desert.

They broke the faucets on my bath tub. The bath tub did not need to be removed or modified. They threw trash in the bath tub, leaving much for me to remove. When I contacted the guy that did the work, I stopped receiving responses.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI had a very good experience with Mold Busters NM after smelling what could be mold in my bathroom and seeing signs of water damage. Alberto showed up on time for the visual inspection and explained different options to remediate if needed. I decided to do the air test, which is an extra cost, before taking any steps. I got the results back about a day later, and they were within normal range. I wasn't upsold anything and since everything appeared to be okay, I didn't take any remediation action. I feel comfortable that the situation isn't what I thought originally after having the air test done.
