Thank you for your service with Michels. You guys did an amazing job!
The three ladies worked really hard to clean my nephews house for a move-out clean. It was a big job, large house, and it was very dirty when I first called y Maids. Took 4 and 1/2 hours. They made it sparkle. Very well done! Thank you!
The team cleaned our home after we moved out. They were very thorough and very pleasant. The house looks great for the new owners. I’m so pleased!
Great experience overall. We are selling our current home which is currently empty and Carolina and Veronica did an excellent job cleaning our house from top to bottom. Very thorough and friendly. Excellent company to deal with.
Team 10 Teresa and Angeles did an amazing job!
I booked an appointment with MollyMaid knowing that if I cancelled within 48hours I would have to pay a fee. They collected my credit card when booking the appointment so that they could charge me if I didn’t cancel on time. 5 days before the appointment I called to cancel and nobody picked up, so I left a…
Very good
DO NOT USE THIS GROUP - $500 dollars to clean a two bedroom apt and there were cobwebs in every corner, visible dirt and grime on kitchen cabinets, door knobs and more. They "don't give refunds" and only offer to come back and reclean when we specifically scheduled this to be move in ready. They also won't touch…
Absolutely PHENOMENAL result from Team #6! Shoutout to Josseline and Angie. I’m seeing things in my home I’ve never seen before. They: - Cleaned my espresso machine - Cleaned and organized our kitchen cart - Cleaned and organized under my bed - Hung up items in my closet that were just floating - Made our beds Among…
These ladies came to the rescue last minute, premove-in to do a quick once over to get my clients in when the seller did not deliver on his promise. I could not be more grateful & will always be a go-to for service needed in the northshore.
Jenifer and Maria did a great job!
Team 4 was amazing! Maria and Sofia did a great job with a move in cleaning after a lot of construction! The place looks wonderful!
Very pleasant and professional service. Will definitely use them again.
Silvia and Julissa did an excellent job cleaning a vacant apartment. I would definitely use them again in the Skokie area where they work!
Molly Maids was very accommodating since my first appointment had to be cancelled due to a power outage. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The cleaning crew they sent were very courageous and professional and did an excellent job cleaning a home that really needed cleaning. They did a fantastic job.
Jessica and Mariani were so thorough while cleaning our house. We just moved into a new house and of course there’s a ton of things that get missed between moving out and moving in but they got it all looking great. And also in a good time frame. Would definitely look at hiring them as regular cleaners for us.
Had a move out clean — easy, fast and left the apartment in great condition!
I hired Molly Maid for a move-in ready cleaning and was disappointed with the results given the high cost. I made it clear that my main concern was the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets and drawers, yet they were only wiped down with soap and water. After moving in, I found the floors still dirty even after mopping,…
The team from Molly Maid was just amazing, and so friendly. Wonderful clean! Thanks, Jessica and Yuneisi (team #8)!
Very disappointed , 1st time and last time customer. Requested a move in cleaning and receive a semi clean home. House didn't smell clean, floors in bsmt were showing dust. So many skipped places like pantry room, entrance/door of another room. Unfortunately this was our experience . Not happy at all.
I've been using Molly Maid ever since I moved to Chicago, the team has been nothing short of excellent. Move in/out cleaning, regular service, always excellent service with great communication and good prices. Team 2 is the best!
Crew was very professional and efficient. Would likely hire Molly Maids for future cleaning service.
Brenda and her team did an excellent job! They were very efficient and the house was so clean when they were done. I was very impressed and I would definitely recommend Molly Maid to anyone.
Prompt, thorough, friendly team. I’m very particular about cleaning and they exceeded my expectations.
