Wonderful experience! Love the girls who helped us with cleaning our house!

Update: No one has reached out to follow up on the issue. However they did send me a text for the next upcoming appointment. Therefore, the response from company means nothing. No one will reach out cause the company has ethics issues.

I have multiple pets and keep a pretty clean house. I needed someone to…

My girls were awesome!

A Huge Thank You to Breanna D. 4, Bridgette H. 4, and Jessica V. For a service well done. I was very apprehensive about hiring cleaning services for my home, as this has been the very first time to hire someone or a Company to clean my home. But all the ladies who came to my home were respectful, careful, and…

Molly Maids is a very reliable and dependable cleaning service. My team Latoya and Camry arrived on time and asked if there were any cleaning services for them to focus on specifically. They immediately went to work and were finished in about two hours. I would recommend this team and Molly Maids.

Great team. Only complaint is I am no longer receiving text notifications of upcoming service and updates on scheduled arrival and when they are on the way
I have left several voicemails asking to have someone contact me to fix this but have not received a call back

Jasmin and Becky, for me, were the best, most detailed crew that has cleaned our home. Definitely would like for them to return each appointment to do our home.

The ladies arrived on time & we began by reviewing the house & what I wanted done. I'd requested a deep clean for initial visit. Upon finishing, my home looked & smelled clean! Plan to have follow up visits every two weeks. The ladies were respectful of my home, worked diligently, were professional & pleasant to…

Thought it would be a good idea to get a maid service to start cleaning my place I live in a one bedroom one bath 400 sq ft house. My interaction with Molly maid started off on a bad foot. On the day of the estimate the young lady was an hour late to our appointment. I was quoted the price of 170 and we continued…

We scheduled an initial deep cleaning for our home and the service they provided was great! Not only that, but the ladies from Team #12 were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be using Molly Maid again!

Dayla and Jennifer are awesome!!! They do such a great, thorough job and were Very personable!

I paid for an hour but Carmen and Edith were here for longer. They were kind, did an amazing job, and clearly prioritized getting the job done instead of just leaving after the designated hour. Candace was super helpful in getting everything setup with my busy schedule. Well worth it!

I had a very good experience using Molly Maids. Team 2 with Ashley and Jennifer were great no complaints and left my home spotless.

This week Latoya and Ashley did an extra exceptional job for our regularly scheduled cleaning. I can highly recommend based on my experience so far. Right from my initial inquiry through to the estimate appointment and deep clean of my apartment, I have had fantastic service from Paige and the ladies at Team 12. They not only did a great job of the cleaning and took great care in their work, but they really…

The 2 ladies that came we professional and personable. Id definitely use them again . I, unfortunately forgot their names but I think it was team 5😖

We hired Molly Maids to do a move out clean. Overall the did just fine. They missed a couple kitchen cabinets and one drawer but overall did a solid B+ job. However, be aware that MM tracks when the cleaners pull up and when they leave your house so they’re able to accurately charge you. ($150/hour) When our…

Very nice and professional. Do a great job!

Had an excellent experience with molly maid. Paige came out for an in-home estimate. She was very professional and thorough and made me feel at ease, as I have never used a cleaning company before and didn’t know what to expect. I recently had our first deep clean completed by team #7. They were so sweet and did an…

Used for many years and always satisfied.

From the first phone call asking questions, Paige was very informative, patient and willing to do what we needed to put our house of 20 years on the market. Team Christina showed up on time, very nice and hard working. The bathrooms have never shined and sparkled so much. Also, I was amazed they were able to get a…

Molly Maids were on time and made our house look awesome! I’ve never seen my baseboards so clean! Will definitely continue using them.

Paige was very helpful and friendly when she came to my house for a free estimate. Twyanna and Alexis came to my house to do a deep cleaning and were very professional and kind. Overall great service

The team that cleaned our house was great. I couldn’t give this service 5 stars because I have all hardwood/laminate flooring and the only flooring that was swept and mopped was the kitchen. None of my other flooring in my house was cleaned and two of the bathroom garbages we’re not emptied. Everything else was…

We just moved in to our home and needed a deep clean from the previous owners and some work we had done prior to moving in - Molly Maids was FANTASTIC from start to finish! Paige made the initial set up such a breeze, and is the only reason I’m planning to use Molly Maids again Bi-Weekly. The cleaning crew was…
