No one will reach out cause the company has ethics issues. I have multiple pets and keep a pretty clean house. I needed someone to clean my…

They did great
The cleaning was not completed. We called Molly Maid numerous times to tell someone that the cleaning needed to be finished, but no one returned our calls. We had to get someone else to complete the cleaning. We normally have good service and have used them numerous times before, but not moving forward. They…

We Paid $650 for a move-in deep clean they were here for about six hours when you walk in. It smells good and looks clean. We was told appliances was gonna be moved. Baseboards was gonna be wiped floors was gonna be mopped. They did a very poor job. It seems like they just cleaned the surface just to make it look…
The ladies came in with their supplies . They listened to what I asked , and went to work. After I arrived back home. I was shocked at what all I saw. There wasn’t a speck of dust or grime. THE FLOORS GLEAMED. It is a comfortable and spotless place. ( it was very dusty and unkempt place). Now, it is a place to…

We recently hired Molly Maid for what was supposed to be a deep clean of part of our home (regular for part), and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Our appointment was initially set for a 9:00–11:30 AM arrival window. Later in the morning, we were told it had shifted to 12:30–1:30 PM, so…
