Is MOLLY MAID of East Memphis any good?

Jessica and Megan did an amazing job on my move-in cleaning. They were thorough, fast, efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Breanna D and Sherri P were amazing. Showed up early and went above and beyond what was asked of them! Highly recommend!!!

Molly maid quoted $150/hour rate and I booked 3 hour service on Aug 5th. It turned out to be that we overestimated the job and cleaning ladies left within 2 hours. When I found that I was charged over $450 on my credit card, i called customer service and promised for the refund on overcharge which never came. I…

First, the communication was terrible from start to finish. I was told I would receive a text when the cleaning team was on the way. My arrival window was 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, but when I had not heard anything by around 2:00 PM, I texted to follow up. No response. I called around 3:00 PM and was forwarded to a…

Molly Maids did a fantastic job for us. Brenna, Bridgette, Haley, and Leanne worked really hard on cleaning our home. I highly recommend Molly Maid and their team.

Breanna D, Bridgette H, and Haley R - fantastic communication and service. They went above and beyond to get us move-in ready!

Jane, Edith and Lashelle did an incredible job cleaning my house! It was spotless when the finished. I also brought a concern to Molly Maid and they corrected it immediately. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

I had the pleasure of having Team 1 which included Jane, Edith and Makenzie for my move out cleaning. You can tell they all work well together and take pride in their work. My home looked ready to sell after their service and I was very pleased to see the condition of items around the home!

Breanna D and Abby G of Molly Maid of Tipton did an amazing job cleaning our house. Everything looked great when they were done, and they were so professional but kind!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I scheduled a move in clean at my new place and have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my entire life.

First things first, they gave me an estimated arrival time between 9:30 and 11:30 am. They also told me I would get a notification when the cleaners were on their…

Initial cleaning was of the entire house.
4 1/2 bath, 6 bedroom. Tile lower level, carpet and tile upstairs.

This crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently and quickly and did a great job. Would use their services again.

They sent three young ladies to clean my two bedroom apartment for a move out. They were on time, very professional and did an EXCELLENT job. I highly recommend them for your next cleaning job. I will be using them in the future. Thanks Molly Maid of Memphis!

Arrive on time, followed instructions, very happy with the work an they nice people. My cost for three hard working staff was reasonable.

Alicia and Kana from Molly Maid of Memphis did a great job with our pre-move in cleaning. Professional, efficient, friendly, and things look great! We will definitely use Molly Maid of Memphis again in the future.

Molly Maids cleaners are professional, on time, and thorough. They are very friendly and responsive to specific requests. I've been a customer of Team #2 for a year and highly recommend them.

I can highly recommend based on my experience so far. Right from my initial inquiry through to the estimate appointment and deep clean of my apartment, I have had fantastic service from Paige and the ladies at Team 12. They not only did a great job of the cleaning and took great care in their work, but they really…

Team 2 did a great job on my move out clean. Paige made it a breeze to book the session and to follow-up with me.

I called Molly Maid for my move out cleaning. Page set me up with the date I needed. She was very professional and explained everything I needed to know about their services. The crew came on time. Very nice and professional. Do a great job!

From the customer support from Paige, and the cleaning services of Team 6, I know I will be using them again. Mid clean I asked the Team Lead if I can request them again and she said yes. They completed a move-in clean for my family and I and we were very pleased. We will be using them on a monthly cycle and before…

From the first phone call asking questions, Paige was very informative, patient and willing to do what we needed to put our house of 20 years on the market. Team Christina showed up on time, very nice and hard working. The bathrooms have never shined and sparkled so much. Also, I was amazed they were able to get a…

We just moved in to our home and needed a deep clean from the previous owners and some work we had done prior to moving in - Molly Maids was FANTASTIC from start to finish! Paige made the initial set up such a breeze, and is the only reason I’m planning to use Molly Maids again Bi-Weekly. The cleaning crew was…

Jane and her team were non-stop professionals.. they were capped at 3 hours and got everything done as requested.

Paige was an excellent c/s rep…

Highly recommend!

I have requested for a deep cleaning for a move-in house. Women were sweet but they didn't do a great job. They sprayed oven with some white cleaning agent and left without cleaning. I specifically asked before quoting if they clean air vents and I received "Yes! we do" and they didn't. All my window blinds and air…
