Molly Maid of Fayetteville & Fort Liberty

My cleaning crew team six did an awesome job. They are quick and very thorough. They were mindful of my cats, not to disturb them as much as possible.

Route 6 came to clean today and all I can say is that they were awesome. I want these same people, LaLa, Shae, and Nicole to come back. These ladies are super fantastic!

Millie and mychah are a great team.

The women did a great job with minimal guidance. Thank you!

Millie and Mychaih from route 8…. We are over the moon with the cleaning of our house job well done… Millie and Mychaih see you ladies next month !!!!

Virginia and Rose were amazing! My house looks clean and smells great. They both were personable and professional. In September I had Team 6 and they too did an awesome job. I have been with Molly Maid for a year now and am extremely impressed.

They cleaned all rooms - floor boards, windows, fans, vents, got stuff out of around ceiling, dusted and floors. The bathroom - sink, toilet, tub, vent, around the top of ceiling, mirror, wiped down the trash can and did floors. They were thorough.

Everything was well done. They were very professional. I was very pleased.

My home was very dusty and now it's dust free for awhile. A special THANKS to Amanda and Shea.

Virginia yumileen were my mollies this time. They did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier.

Virginia, Wilfred, and Regina did a great job on their last visit to clean my home. Their professionalism and great attitudes made it a pleasure to welcome them into our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking their services.

Route 9, Ty and Sandra These ladies did an outstanding job! I would like them to come each time we have cleaning scheduled. We have used Molly Maid for several years and always found them to be very respectful and responsive. I would recommend them highly.

I want to give a huge shout out to Virginia and Yumileen on Route 8. They did an exceptional job cleaning my home. The quality of their work was outstanding. I was home while they cleaned. Team did an excellent job at the house today. This was my first time meeting this team. I'm usually at work. Very professional and curiosity

Dedra is such a wonderful support. Always available when we need her &/or her team. Lisa & Bonnie pay attention to details and follow instructions well.

The ladies on Route 5 were absolutely amazing. They're exported on time. We discussed the work to be completed. We reviewed once they were completed. I'm very happy they were able to help me with my cleaning needs. My place is clean, smells great, feels lighter, and look amazing. I will definitely contact them again.

Melissa and Rosa (Route 4) were terrific! They did a fantastic job and I would definitely call them again - highly recommended!

Great team of ladies who had my home looking beautiful!

The customer service with the rep via phone was very nice and accommodating. The actual cleaning services were not good. 3 people were in a 2b/2b (1,000 sq.ft) for an hour or less. Counters were not cleaned, and entire bathroom missed, stovetop still dirty, floors had crumbs/dirt. They did send the team back for… Read full review

They came and were professional and did an awesome cleaning job. I will use Route 8 again. Those ladies can clean.

Excellent very Professional I’ve referred already to 3 business owners

Doris & Virginia did an excellent job. They were both very professional and did a great job at cleaning my home. Of all the teams, they are the best team. I have asked for these two ladies to be my permanent team. I want the same team to establish rapport with them so we can all know each other. They cleaned my… Read full review

Route 4 has been servicing us for about 6 months now. It has been an absolute pleasure having them come in and help out. Very professional, very personable and nice. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you!

I have been using Molly Maid of Fayetteville for two years now (2 different homes). I have used them for move-in/out deep cleans and monthly maintenance cleans. I have always come home after their services satisfied with how my home looks. They take there time and truly clean everything, not just the obvious issues.

Ethan and Rylee of Rout #6 showed up on time. They were very polite. They introduced themselves to me. They did not waste any time before they started doing what they do. I was amazed to see some of the things that they did. Like folding a blanked I had laying on the bed. Picking a dog bed up off the floor. To… Read full review

I had Route 7, Chavas and Unique. It was their first time at my house and did an exceptional job.

All 3 ladies were a beast and they came in cleaned real good but the slim tall light skin girl with the Pocahontas long braid was the one that was kicking butt so salute to her...I will be using them again R.Jones

Great crew. Very professional. Monique and Genesis deserves a lot of praise for their work.

Very friendly ladies, Rachel and Gloria Team 4, cleaned our home. Always seem eager to please. Worked with me to my satisfaction. Stayed on task and did not waste time. I asked them to spend more time on my floors and they were so accomodating.

After a few hiccups on our first service they were very attentive, caring, flexible, and shout out to the company and Rachel, Gloria and Iesha for really standing behind their words. We truly felt like they valued us as customers which makes wanting to continue with them a no brainer.

Jennifer and Genesis with route 10. Excellent cleaning. Request their services again.

Dakota and Sheryl were our cleaning ladies and they were absolutely amazing. They had our complete downstairs cleaned beautifully in record time. We are going to ask if we can keep these ladies as our cleaning team. So happy that we had the ladies back again today for our upstairs. Again thank you all so much. Totally satisfied customers.

This is my second time using this service at two different locations. These teams went above and beyond what I expected. I felt guilty not doing this myself but that feeling soon resolved itself when I made my payment. Well worth the money. I will use this service again since I am a landlord who seem to get stuck… Read full review

Latrell, Myehaya and Miranda on route #11 were kind, accommodating, and helpful. It was so nice to have a clean house!

They where horrible and also snooped around

Rachel & Beverly did an amazing job on the initial clean and we signed up for bi-weekly cleanings. My baseboards, blinds and appliances are sparkling! With 2 dogs and 2 teens this service is a life saver and helps keep me focused on spending quality time with family instead of cleaning.

It is absurd to me that this company would not go out of their way to ensure that damage they caused to a property was resolved in a quick efficient manner. Every time I receive a phone call from this company with an update or an question I can tell they are not well informed or was not going to inform me, the… Read full review

Route 3 Sidney Shante and Rachel did a great job on our house! I did not expect to get next day service and they squeezed me in and did a wonderful job. I asked that they focus on my bathrooms and floors and they did an amazing job! Would definitely hire again!

I think this was my fourth cleaning and by far the best!!! These young ladies did an excellent job on my house and I appreciate all they did!!!

I am so thankful for Molly Maids - my house has never been cleaner and I look forward to their visits. It is one home expense that I consider SO worth the money. They always do a great job and it takes so much off my plate. Sidney Shante & Anne Marie (route #3) do a phenomenal job and I am so grateful!

The maids said they did a deep clean for the first service. Two weeks later, different maids arrived and said the last maids did not clean properly and it wasn’t a deep clean. And because the previous service wasn’t done well, they couldn’t clean the whole house because they needed to get to their next… Read full review
