The bathroom - sink, toilet, tub, vent, around the top of ceiling, mirror, wiped down the trash can and did floors.

⭐ 1/5 Stars — Extremely Disappointing Service for $350
Our experience with Molly Maid in Fayetteville, NC, was extremely disappointing, especially considering we paid $350 for what I would consider a very basic and poorly executed cleaning.
From what we could tell, the service consisted of vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning baseboards. Even those tasks were not completed satisfactorily. There was still hair and debris in corners that had supposedly been vacuumed, along with visible streaks on surfaces that had been wiped down. For $350, I shouldn’t have to go behind a professional cleaning company and finish their work.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism and communication. We were required to pay upfront and specifically assured we would receive a call before the cleaners left so we could inspect the work and confirm we were satisfied. That never happened. They simply left, and we had to contact the company ourselves.
To make matters worse, our receipt and invoice simply stated “cleaning fee” with absolutely no itemized breakdown of what services were performed or what our $350 actually covered. For a professional cleaning company charging that amount, I find that lack of transparency unacceptable.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect quality work, honest communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, Molly Maid fell short in all three areas.
I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and considers an appropriate partial refund for the unsatisfactory service provided.
Paying $350 upfront, receiving subpar cleaning, and not even being given the opportunity to inspect the work before the cleaners left is completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

Millie and Fernanda did fantastic work at my home today. The office offered to move our appointment from Monday to today, which I appreciated, and these ladies did a beautiful job resetting and cleaning my home. They respected my daughter’s space as requested and took extra care to artfully replace blankets, toys, etc. Thanks again!

These ladies are so friendly, do a meticulous job throughout all spaces in my home, and I am always grateful for the care they care with my children’s treasures that are always scattered about.
