Faye-Casandra does a wonderful job of cleaning in our home. She’s professional and personable. My only request is that your company sends two cleaners to our house. The job would finish on time and all rooms would be cleaned. It’s too much square footage to thoroughly clean in 3 hours.

Precision Clean always does such a great job at our house! Very professional as well!
It's a hit or miss when they continuously send different people to your home. It's difficult when one or two of the personnel clean and wanted the others do not. Every now and again you get a decent clean that is thorough and what is advertised. At times they mop on the way out and you just have weird half clean dirty floors with streaks a crud that had not been scrubbed or scratched off for the floor. Sometimes they mop your entire house with one mop or don't change the mop water in the bucket so you have bathroom floor in your living room and/or bedrooms. At times the leave streaks and splatter/spills on the counters or mirrors. Then some of the cleaners walk around with a duster as if they think just sliding it across things is actually dusting leaving a lot of dust on shelves, windowsills, blinds and fans. Sometimes they properly clean the toilets to include the seat seats and behind the seats as well and the actual toilet bowl on the outside towards the floors and sometimes they don't. I've yet to have a thorough cleaning of my walk-in shower that has tiled floors & walls. And if you don't tell them they will not sweep and mop underneath any dressers or beds or bookshelves. There needs to be a quality control checklist so that someone can ensure the cleaning is met & appropriate.

For the price I had high expectations and I’m severely disappointed. I’ve been paying for a cleaning service for years and this is the worst cleaning service I’ve received. I paid for services half the price with better cleans. Poor experience from beginning to end. Initially i scheduled for a Saturday, paid the deposit and someone contacted me to confirm. The next day someone called me back stating I needed to change the date or pay an extra 50 for a Saturday appointment. I paid 420 but the cleaning I received was worth 100, 150 at max. Don’t recommend.

Mr. Epstein, we're sorry to hear you feel this way. Our records reflect a very different experience than what has been described. During and immediately after the cleaning, you indicated you were satisfied with the service. It was only after the cleaning was completed that payment was disputed and additional complaints were raised.
While we acknowledge the inside of some cabinets was inadvertently missed, our team documented the completed work with before-and-after photos, including a thoroughly cleaned oven, which directly contradicts the claim that it was left dirty or with cleaning chemicals inside. We also discussed that window tracks were not included in your quoted scope of work and would require additional labor.
We made every effort to work toward a fair resolution, but you informed us you would only pay a portion of the agreed-upon amount because that was all you wanted to pay before leaving the country. We stand behind the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team and wish you the best.
