Molly Maid was a wonderful, communicative company to work with. They were quick, efficient, and went above and beyond with our move-out clean!
The whole experience was top notch! Easy, very friendly, professional with excellent communication and reasonable pricing! The cleaning ladies did a great job and left tge house very clean! I would absolutely use Molly Maids again and highly recommend to anyone! Thank you to everyone at Molly Maids!
They were on time. The house looked great when they were done. I will definitely use them from now on when any of my tenants move out.
Yessica and Carmen very thorough. Great job and nice. Made home move in ready!!!
Very impressed with the quality of cleaning provided. I do feel the details of the service should have been better explained when scheduled.
My landlord hired Molly Maids to do a deep cleaning after a move out. When I moved in I found areas that could be reached easily but would have taken some effort to clean but we’re not. They did not clean the inside of the cabinets or the kitchen floor. Plumbing fixtures in the bathroom room were left filthy. So…
Second time using their service and it never disappoints. Maria, Annabel, and Yesenia did a great job.
Molly Maid was quick and did a great job cleaning our house before a move in. Highly recommended.
I very rarely review businesses because I believe that a business needs to go above and beyond in order to get an excellent online review. Molly Maids of Greensboro/High Point is one such company! My elderly parents were selling a property that had not been lived in for many years. The home was in desperate need…
It was my first time paying for a move out clean and Molly Maid did a fantastic job. Thank you!
The actual cleaning was good but the payment and customer service was poor. I had a quote over the phone, and online plus 2 phone conversations before the cleaning. Each time I recieved the same amount given a vacant home of my specified square footage which was for 3-4 hrs of work ($90 per hr). I spoke with the…
Complete no-shows for a move in cleaning. I tried to call them several times with no answer. They finally called me at 4:00 to say they weren't going to make it. Total BS. We had no cleaning supplies as our stuff was in transit and had to buy cleaning supplies to do the job they were supposed to.
Farrah, Carmen, and Yoli did a wonderful job cleaning our house before we moved in. Highly recommend!
Molly Maid did a great job for a very reasonable price ... on time and finished job in a very timely manner. Thanks Molly Maid!
$296 later I feel the only thing that was throughly cleaned was my oven and my ceiling fan. They supposedly spent almost 4 hours in an empty house cleaning. Did a move out clean and the house was empty just hired them to do a basic cleaning. Bathrooms were halfway cleaned, floors did not look as if they had been…
I am so glad I hired Molly Maids! I did a move out cleaning as I'm looking to sell my home. The beautiful job that they did is beyond words. 3 ladies came to my house and spent 3 hours there. The entire 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2500 Sq ft home is SPOTLESS. I added on refrigerator and oven cleaning and let me tell you....…
I truly try my hardest to not leave poor reviews. However, I had hired Molly Maid Greensboro to move into my apartment. The apartment was clean but had some areas still needed cleaning. For example, my cabinets, vents, and bathroom. An eye level vent was still extremely dusty, they did not wash the Comet cleaner out…
The two cleaners did a wonderful job! They were very professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. I was very satisfied with the service.
