Team 3 was sent to clean my apartment. They did a wonderful job! Very pleased. Not a spot anywhere. They took a load off my plate with how busy I am. Thanks to Molly Maid. Hope I'm a long-time customer.
Molly Maids of Northwest Dallas, Team 13: Angela and Ruth were prompt, professional, and were very thorough. We are very pleased with the overall deep cleaning of our home and they were both very patient with our dogs. A supervisor also came by to review the home prior to completion to ensure no items were overlooked or missed.

I hired MM to come do a "party clean" at my 3 bed 1 bath house. MM sent team #9, Mercy and Gladys, and my life is forever changed. You see, there were three things that were making me spiral out of control and they were dust, dog hair and spider webs. Well apparently Mercy and Gladys took lessons and became top…

Juana and Cindy were great, very prompt on their arrival time and when they were done. My apartment looks great, dusted, deep cleaned and smelling fresh as the day I moved in. Would use them again.
They do a good job cleaning although they won’t offer helping with laundry or doing the dishes.
Catalina, Casandra and Dinora did an excellent job on my first deep clean! Can’t wait to have them come back for bi-weekly follow ups.

The team of Rosemery and Selina cleaned our townhouse today and we are so pleased! Everything is spotless and they added extra touches like triangles on the toilet tissue and even emptied the trash and replaced the bags. They were both friendly and efficient, cleaning the entire place in 90 minutes! I’m so happy with these two!

They are excellent at sending automated reminders and showing up promptly. We have them clean my father-in-law’s house. They are quick and efficient. He really appreciates having them. His house always looks and smells great when we come to visit him.
Inez and Claudia Q have done an outstanding job each time they have cleaned. They are easy to trust and are patient with our dog Romeo as he follows them around with a toy in his mouth. They are both welcome additions to our home and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.
We’ve been looking for a maid service since we moved a few months ago, and feel like we got really lucky with Molly Maids! Inez B., Claudia Q. and Alejandra B. have been wonderful. They communicate clearly, are incredibly thorough (but efficient) and very polite. And the price is reasonable. Highly recommend!!
Molly Maid makes sure customers are well taken care of. Team of Alexandira and De Valle have a great attitude. They took every possible care to make sure they were doing good quality work and that we were satisfied. They were also friendly, courteous and of pleasant nature. Juana and Cindy did a phenomenal job cleaning our 3 story town home! We have 2 cats and have never been able to get all the fur and dust off the floors and furniture. But this team left everything spotless. We also had a very difficult shower to clean and they cleaned it so well, it looked brand new. We were extremely happy with the service!
Molly Maid Team #12 arrived promptly and provided excellent service. The results are beyond satisfactory. Thank you Ms. Norma, Ms. Silvia, and Ms. Lesli!
Great job cleaning without overpowering cleaner smell. On time, thorough.

Brittany & Gladys were amazing! Look forward to my next cleaning in 2 weeks! :-)
Excellent service, my apartment looked brand new after they cleaned
This company was very professional from start to finish. Nazaret and Priscilla was very good at what they do. They did an outstanding job. Some companies do a good job at first and then they slack off. They mentioned, they would improve each time they come back. Looking forward to using them a long time.
Team 6 Inez & Claudia Q, was truly amazing. I just had a baby so unfortunately I have be slacking on the deep cleaning. They were on time, pleasant, professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. Truly a great experience and will definitely book with you all again.

Team #3, Rosmery and Viviana, did a great job cleaning my home! Thank you!
Team 5 Eva and Gladys came in prepared and did an amazing job on our condo. In every room they dealt with cleaning from the baseboards to the ceiling. We have two cats that tend to shed a lot and we are able to see the condo in a fresh light. It is definitely worth the money and free time we have now due to our busy…
I just moved to Dallas, and Molly Maid has always been my go-to for residential cleaning. Naturally I called MM of Northwest Dallas County. Claudia and Rosemary showed up and did an excellent job cleaning up after me (and my two dogs). I look forward to having them clean regularly. MM is always professional and dependable.
Our new team is excellent - Team #1. After having some issues with the previous clean, the customer service team was responsive getting us a new team without question. I appreciate the prompt attention to our satisfaction as a customer!
I highly recommend Molly Maid. Inez and Claudia are very professional and perform impeccable work on each visit!
I switched to Molly Maids after using another Dallas-based cleaning service - what I love most so far about Molly Maids is that they send two people to your home and send someone to do a Quality Check to ensure you are satisfied. Their prices are fair and the team works quickly and efficiently to make sure your home…
We've used Molly Maid for about 3 years now, and we love the ladies that help us out! Inez and Claudia Q. are life savers. They've always taken special care and consideration for our toddler and they're friendly and fast. I'd give them a 6th star if Google would let me.
Inez and Claudia are talented, friendly, and professional! I will never go anywhere else. They are wonderful and reliable. There is really no other place to get your cleaning needs met!
We have been very happy with the service. Inez and Claudia Q consistently do a wonderful job.
Very nice and professional and always does quality work. (Team 6 Inez and Claudia Q.)
After price increase, shopped other services. Alternatives were good and less expensive. Team 6, Inez and Claudia Q., were the major factor to remaining with Molly Maid. Don't know what I would do without them.
