I hired MM to come do a "party clean" at my 3 bed 1 bath house. MM sent team #9, Mercy and Gladys, and my life is forever changed. You see, there were three things that were making me spiral out of control and they were dust, dog hair and spider webs. Well apparently Mercy and Gladys took lessons and became top… Read full review

They are excellent at sending automated reminders and showing up promptly. We have them clean my father-in-law’s house. They are quick and efficient. He really appreciates having them. His house always looks and smells great when we come to visit him.

Inez and Claudia Q have done an outstanding job each time they have cleaned. They are easy to trust and are patient with our dog Romeo as he follows them around with a toy in his mouth. They are both welcome additions to our home and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Juana and Cindy did a phenomenal job cleaning our 3 story town home! We have 2 cats and have never been able to get all the fur and dust off the floors and furniture. But this team left everything spotless. We also had a very difficult shower to clean and they cleaned it so well, it looked brand new. We were extremely happy with the service!

Molly Maid Team #12 arrived promptly and provided excellent service. The results are beyond satisfactory. Thank you Ms. Norma, Ms. Silvia, and Ms. Lesli!

This company was very professional from start to finish. Nazaret and Priscilla was very good at what they do. They did an outstanding job. Some companies do a good job at first and then they slack off. They mentioned, they would improve each time they come back. Looking forward to using them a long time.

Team 6 Inez & Claudia Q, was truly amazing. I just had a baby so unfortunately I have be slacking on the deep cleaning. They were on time, pleasant, professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. Truly a great experience and will definitely book with you all again.

I just moved to Dallas, and Molly Maid has always been my go-to for residential cleaning. Naturally I called MM of Northwest Dallas County. Claudia and Rosemary showed up and did an excellent job cleaning up after me (and my two dogs). I look forward to having them clean regularly. MM is always professional and dependable.

Our new team is excellent - Team #1. After having some issues with the previous clean, the customer service team was responsive getting us a new team without question. I appreciate the prompt attention to our satisfaction as a customer!

I switched to Molly Maids after using another Dallas-based cleaning service - what I love most so far about Molly Maids is that they send two people to your home and send someone to do a Quality Check to ensure you are satisfied. We've used Molly Maid for about 3 years now, and we love the ladies that help us out! Inez and Claudia Q. are life savers. They've always taken special care and consideration for our toddler and they're friendly and fast. I'd give them a 6th star if Google would let me.

Inez and Claudia are talented, friendly, and professional! I will never go anywhere else. They are wonderful and reliable. There is really no other place to get your cleaning needs met!

We have been very happy with the service. Inez and Claudia Q consistently do a wonderful job.

Very nice and professional and always does quality work. (Team 6 Inez and Claudia Q.)

After price increase, shopped other services. Alternatives were good and less expensive. Team 6, Inez and Claudia Q., were the major factor to remaining with Molly Maid. Don't know what I would do without them.
