Great work and communication by all! They do an excellent job with cleaning, and do it all with a smile. We've been customers for at least 5 years and not once have they no-showed or been any kind of problem whatsoever. Highly recommend, especially the teams of Tanya & Sarah, and Rafaela & Wanda.
Jess and Shanaya (team 17) did a great job on a very dusty house. We purchased a new home and had some renovations done. They came in afterwards and cleaned things up so we could move in.
Fantastic service- extremely professional, easy to schedule, and great results!
Jess and Shanaya (team #17) did an incredible job with a difficult project - a house boat that needed some serious TLC. Looks and smells amazing. Night and days difference. 10/10 would request this team again. Thank you Jess and Shanaya!
Cindy & Zee did a fantastic job
The team was great! Provided a full mve out clean and the knocked it out - looks spotless. Completely stress free!
Jess and Shanaya Team #17 did an excellent job with a move out cleaning of my two bedroom rental. Everything was cleaned with care and they were amazing with their communication. Definitely recommend team #17!
The two ladies were very professional. They got right to work doing our move-out of apartment cleaning. They did a wonderful job.
I scheduled a move-in cleaning at the end of January with Molly Maid and the booking process online was super easy to a slot I needed and everything was quickly confirmed via text and call. They had the best duo come and get my apartment ready for my move-in day. Jennifer and Tanya (Route 16) were an absolute…
We paid over $600 for a "move in" clean for four hours of a thorough cleaning. The experience was disappointing to say the least. The kitchen cabinets, pantry, master bath, master closet, all countertops, all seemed to be untouched. There was a layer of dust on all the countertops and backsplashes. We only started…
Lane and Sonia (Team#12) did a phenomenal job cleaning my townhouse! They were prompt, friendly, polite, and professional. It was very easy to communicate with Molly Maids - I was able to request a quote and schedule an appointment online. Katrina contacted me right away to confirm my appointment and answer my…
Service was efficient and thorough
Do not bother unless you don’t have any other options and are pressed for time. The service promised was a “sanitized” home; home was empty with no furniture or dishes or personal items. I had to re-vacuum the entire home after the visit, the drawers were still dusty, there were wet marks left on bathroom tile, the…
Professional, yet easy to work with.
My family has been using molly maids now for about 6 months. This companies services are affordable and flexible. Their staff seem to be very respectable and pleasant. I would recommend to family and friends.
I used Molly Maid for move in and move out cleans when we bought our house. I now have a team for biweekly cleaning. Yinette and Sherdian are amazing! I highly recommend Molly Maid of Orlando and Seminole County.
A great big thank you to Tammy and the ladies, so friendly and professional ,such a great job.
Briana and staff were amazing
This company provided excellent communication from the time of my inquiry for a quote all the way to completion of service. Via phone, email and text as options for communication. The cleaning was done very well. The only reason I’m giving a 4 is because this was a move out cleaning and one wall in a small bathroom…
I would recommend not to ignore final checkup prior to signing the form at the end of the cleaning. My bad, I did not check everything carefully. Nothing about deep move-in cleaning that was ordered and cost $597.00. Looks like they just wiped slightly flat surfaces within their visibility. Dust and hairs in the…
The ladies were on time, pleasant, and walked me room by room on what I needed them to do. Once set upon the task they worked quietly and efficiently to ready the house for the next occupants.
This is the second time reviewing Shelly and Eva because it's been another year, and they have been consistently incredible. They have been cleaning my house since July 2021 when we moved in with a deep clean, stayed on with bi-weekly standard cleaning. They are responsive, flexible, and do the extra things I like…
One maid was doing her job properly the other maid was moving super slow as if she didn’t really want to work I came home to help them clean & she’s sweeping the floor so slow. I say to her let’s switch you clean the stove I’ll sweep because I know I’ll be done in like 2 minutes. It just made me feel like your…
Katrina and Tammy are always very responsive and are very nice and always straight forward with the pricing or with timing. Courtney's team is the team that cleans my place but I also have had it where other teams have cleaned and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them not only from a professional…
They did a great job prepping a very dirty kitchen, and the rest of the house at large, for pre-painting preparation. Will use them again soon.
Used them for a move out clean. They did an amazing job! Shout out to team 18, Melanie & Shelby!
This company did an awesome job with my move-out clean. They contact you of any and all changes. I would recommend them for all of your cleaning needs.
When we knew we were moving out we called molly maids to do a move out cleaning. I have never used a cleaning company before but I am so happy that I did. They did an awesome job. When we went to the house after they were done, the house looked and smelled so clean. I would use them again.
Dawn and Yinette did a wonderful job cleaning my new condo a few weeks ago. They were very thorough and a delight to work with! I am now having them routinely clean every two weeks!
Very prompt and very polite. Will definitely use again.
The ladies who came out did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment. The apartment looks and smells great.
I have been using Molly Maid for years,. Everyone is so professional and does such a great job with my home and my office. I generally have team 16 but anyone that shows up does an exceptional job.
I’ve been using Molly Maids for years and they’re amazing! A special thank to team 11 who always take such great care of my house.
