Brandi, Roxane, and Nicole were friendly, accommodating, respectful, very thorough in communicating with us if we needed anything else done. All 3 ladies were polite and didn’t talk about personal issues or talk down about their company. All 3 ladies were absolutely wonderful and I will request them again.( They…
Molly Maids came and deep cleaned our kitchen and bathrooms in our new to us house. They did a fantastic job! Taya & Ashiya were attentive to detail and asked specific questions to what we wanted done. So pleased!!
Roxanne and Rhonda are very professional, friendly and informative. The ladies got right to work and did an excellent job we will use them again. Thank you ladies
Want a stress-free move-in experience? Look elsewhere, or do it yourself, because you will only be setting yourself up for disappointment and last minute stress. These services overcharge hundreds of dollars for a glorified spray and wipedown. The staff (both cleaning, and management/representatives) have great,…
Omg! If I could give 100 stars.. I would! Hayley & April (Route 5) were AMAZING! These ladies were very detailed and professional. My place looks like when we first moved in. They went above and beyond expectations without me even asking. If I weren’t moving out of state I would request them all the time. Thank you soooo much!
Riley and Conner did so good! Thank you so much to the both of them. We were moving out of our apartment and it was a disaster with all the dog hair and trash. They helped out so much!
They did a wonderful job 👏
Rhonda and Roxann were friendly and efficient. I am satisfied with the fabulous job they did on my fridge and bathroom.
Great job! They were quick and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of, was the cleaning solution they used. It seemed the leave a residue on my countertops. Otherwise it was a great experience.
Jaclynn, Alexa, and Jay did a wonderful job! They were friendly, efficient, and truly made my home shine. I don't think my home has ever been this clean. We are looking forward to scheduling with them again in the future!
Life savers! Fast, professional, and thorough.
Lisa and Shawntel did a great job, and even adjusted their arrival time to fit my schedule :)
Hannah and Lindsay did an amazing job in their visit to my condo, as I had MM do a deep-clean to prepare for a Sale Listing. Great service, great work!! 😊👍🏻
These wonderful ladies, Stephanie and Crystal, did an amazing job and were really pleasant to work with! Everything sparkled when they were done. Thank you so much for all your help.
Roxann and Hayley were very polite. They were very focused on making sure the cleaning was done to my liking. Thank you
Maccey and Eryn did a fantastic job on the move out clean. Everything was immaculate!! Thank you for helping us with our move out.
Very disappointed in the move out clean that we had done. The house was completely empty and I’m honestly not sure what all was “deep cleaned”. Drawers and cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were not wiped out, blinds weren’t touched, floors weren’t mopped. I called to ask to have it redone, no one ever called me…
We recently purchased a home and wanted to have it cleaned prior to having our stuff moved in. We had contacted Molly Maid of Peoria to clean our house. Ashley and Eryn did an awesome job. They communicated well with each other and had the cleaning done in a timely manner. They also made sure I checked to see if…
We hired Molly Maid to clean our recently purchased home just after move in. The two workers that arrived did a fantastic job and were so friendly. They even left a kind handwritten congratulations note with the the bill total. Price was reasonable for the amount of time and they worked hard for the time they were…
Amazing clean! Ashley and Leeah cleaned my house from top to bottom and focused on the areas I asked for (kitchen and bathroom). The house looks great! Like the day I moved in! The cost was great as well! I'm very happy with this service and if I wasnt moving I would hire Molly Maid to clean every few months.
Beth and Rhonda did a great job on my house. Moving is difficult and they cleaned the new house so I could move in stress-free. They cleaned inside the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom is spotless. Definitely will use them again.
Molly Maids did an excellent job of cleaning my son’s home before he moved in. The office personnel were very pleasant and accommodating and promptly addressed any questions I had about the process. This was my housewarming gift to my son and he and his fiancé were very grateful that they were able to move into a…
Used Molly Maid for our move out clean. House looked Amazing! I would highly recommend and use them again.
The personnel were Professional and were quite the one with a plan. I have never seen my apartment get cleaned up so fast! One of the best choice of services I have ever availed!
There was not a whole lot to do for three people in an hour. They did an ok job, but when I was there three days later and there were cobwebs on the ceilings. The kitchen was pretty well cleaned when they came. They kept moving the time later as the day went on, but that didn’t bother me because I was right next doorr
We hired Molly Maid to clean our house before we moved in and even signed up for their move-in cleaning service. They were going to get everything clean before we moved in as the previous family had pets and multiple kids. So we had them come clean the day we closed on the house. This way they could clean while the…
I would not recommend Molly Maid for any services. My move in cleaning left a lot to be desired. Cabinet drawers were not cleaned. Cob webs left around light fixtures and in corners. Dirty baseboards and blinds. All items mentioned as part of the service. Floors left so dirty you had to wash your feet after walking…
