They don’t do too bad at cleaning I just wish they would’ve done better dusting and mopping
The lady's did a nice job, they only forgot one thing...the top of the refrigerator. I had asked them to clean the kitchen and bathroom, otherwise everything looked good.
My gals did everything I requested and more. Cheerful and efficient.

The cleaners were timely, unobtrusive and efficient. Unfortunately, despite informing the office that we had pets they sent a cleaner that was allergic to pets, necessitating a 2nd visit. What they did clean they did very well and I look forward to the next cleaning visit.

It’s wild how you guys are a cleaning service but all you did was leave garbage everywhere all around the house and didn’t even get anything clean you moved things around that’s about it I would never ever recommend anyone to get this service it’s a scam I could do a better cleaning than that

Susie and Jasmine do a thorough and consistent job. We are very happy with them.
Excellent work. Speedy. Very pleasant and respectful.
Quite frustrated with them honestly. I have had a team come multiple times, even though they would miss mirrors, a toilet, a whole bathroom or room. Yes, you can call and have someone fix it, but when you hire cleaners, you would expect them to do what they’re hired to do. I can’t always call and remind them or have…
Cleaned house to get ready to sell the team was professional yet helpful and did such good job that my wife thought she went in the wrong house when we returned from supper that evening. Five stars is not enough for the job they did and staying over to got the best result for us l give them 20 stars…
Rhonda, Roxann, and Markus went above and beyond in the cleaning of my home. They tried four different methods to remove the film from my shower doors. Nothing was overlooked throughout the house. They even adjusted their routine to accommodate my sleeping toddler. We are very appreciative!!

The maids descended on my house like an army. At one point there were three cute little blue Molly Maid cars in front of my house. Two cleaners were always here,Lisa-Leigh and Jason, but a supervisor stopped too They were so great. they brought all their own cleaners, and I was amazed by the good vacuum they…
Great job Amanda and Hayley. Hope that you get assigned to my house again
The worst cleaning company where they don’t care about their customers and customers’ valuable time. The owner Joseph, of this franchise is rude, obnoxious and arrogant. This is the incident that happened with me, not once but multiple times. The office staff usually call or text in the morning before every cleaning…
Stephanie and Kimber were great!
Holly and Jacolyn did a great job!
I don’t care for the cleaning product used on my floors. I prefer pine sole.
Thank you Lisa, Leigh and Hayley. The ladies were very professional and thorough with the cleaning. I am going to feel at ease now knowing they will visit regularly. Thank you so much

We just had our initial cleaning and they were so thorough, had great communication and were so great working around my kids and pet during the last portion as they were finishing up and we arrived home. Looking forward to having them come biweekly to stay up on things, as I just don’t have the time to commit to it like I’d like.
They are the best service I've ever used!!!!!

What can I say about Molly meets of Peoria? Amazing, on time, I'm, super friendly girls, I'll, and if I ever ask for something extra there is no problem getting it done for me. We have used Molly maid's over and over again and on the occasional time had someone else do the work and it is not nearly as nice as when…
Made an appointment, never received a call on when they were coming. Never showed up. Called and said they would talk to the manager. Still have yet to hear anything back. First time trying to use this company. If they can’t even call and inform the customer of the reason for not showing or calling to inform you of…
I've used Molly Maids for years and have a great appreciation for how consistent they have been over the years in providing a wonderful service. Today was another excellent cleaning service day by Dasha and Cass. Thank you
I was very pleased with the work that the girls did.
