Excellent move out cleaning job! They even cleaned the window and sliding door tracks.
We had our deep cleaning service completed yesterday by Team #11 and the ladies did a wonderful job! I was so pleased by the attention to detail even down to folding the toilet paper roll and throw blankets so neatly I felt like I came home to a hotel! Very great job.

I had an empty house where I needed the bathrooms, window sills and kitchen counters and oven cleaned. There was no furniture to dust. Very disappointed!! Floors and Baseboards still dirty, crumbs in kitchen drawers and oven bin. Stove top/oven and microwave dirty. Ceiling fan dirty. Supervisor did not contact me as promised. When I phoned to complain I was met with excuses and told "we just wipe down. " My credit card was charged without my consent. At $110.00 an hour, UNACCEPTABLE.
I use to own a home and had Molly Maids service for 14yrs. I moved into a rental and two years later bought a home again. Molly came out and did a one-time clean for me with very little notice; excellent work as usual!
This company is not working good job I pay for 5 hours total is 550 dollar the counter top of kitchen still a lot of oil stains on it , I calling she said she can’t do anything but still withdraw my money , so I never get back ， and plan to take this all the way up to the corporate office as well as BBB.
The women who came to our house were professional and quick and did such a great job. They helped us with a complete move in clean and were so friendly and helpful. Will def use them again!!

The women Monica and Maria were awesome ... there were a few snags with the office communication that I addressed with the office I give a 3 with a promise of setting a better standard ...the service of the ladies I give a 5 I will use them again with better communication....thank you Molly Maids!!!!
The maids arrive promptly and work diligently. Their work was excellent both when they do standard cleaning as well as deep cleaning and moving cleaning. The maids do their work while maintaining appropriate health safety standards.
