The girls were very thorough and took their time with the each room. When I saw them mop the kitchen floor all I could say is wow what fantastic job they did! I will recommend Molly Maid to all I know.

Molly Maid has been very inconsistent during the four months I've used their service. My home is brand new, so cleaning should be straightforward, yet crews regularly miss cobwebs, windowsills, carpet edges, and other small details. More concerning, one crew left a bidet running and water all over my bathroom floor. Fortunately, I checked their work before they left and had to call them back to clean it up. They also failed to clean the grease filter above the gas range. When I called about it, I was told someone would get back to me. That was over 10 days ago, and I'm still waiting. I've also had a different crew almost every visit, was overcharged about $200 on the initial service due to an inaccurate estimate and rarely receive promised callbacks. I'll give them one more month, but if things don't improve, I'll be looking elsewhere. Hopefully this review reaches the owner and leads to better oversight and accountability.

Better make sh*t right with my boy whos stuff ur employee just stole on camera in Stockton which includes a woman whos house just burned down. Bunch of thieves
I am blessed when I come home and have not just a clean house but also all the extras. A tufted tissue box, a folded toilet paper roll, and a fancy style blanket on my bed or family room couch. They take the time to make my home feel like a vacation spot.
