Best in town! I called to have my carpets cleaned and was able to get an appoinment the next week. They were excellent and very reasonably priced. At the last minute, I added my sofa to be cleaned the same day. My carpet and sofa both look amazing!
Used them for commercial office and they were extremely responsive. Answered on the first call and set up an estimate right away. Friendly and super easy to work with. Will continue to use moving forward for all properties.
The owner was very nice! He even helped me with laying down an area rug. They were on time and professional!
Very prompt, great job and they were able to fit me in the next day due to a servicing cancelation. Thanks Adrianna, and thank you Doug for the great job on the carpets! He was able to do 3 bedrooms, 4 closets (one he said could have been used as a room, haha) hallway and stairs. Great service and I would definitely recommend them.
Monster Clean did a wonderful job on my aging carpet. Doug came out when expected to look at the job & give an estimate. Alex came out the following Tuesday to do the job. Very professional & personable. The carpet looks great. We knew some areas might not come out well due to the age & quality of the carpet (I live…
WOW! I should have called sooner! Haven't had kids room cleaned in awhile! I know for a fact they will be rolling around on their freshly cleaned carpet! What a difference! Fast, friendly service a definate plus especially around the holidays! Smells great too!! Will definately use again!
Monster Clean is super responsive, goes a step above and their team communication is highly professional.
The work was done well and the technician was professional. But the final price was far higher than what I was quoted, and that is not acceptable. Pricing should be clear before the work starts. I was charged almost double what other local companies charge—about $200 more than Stanley Steemer. This feels misleading, and it needs to be corrected.
Monster Clean always does a great job for us! We won't use any other company. They are prompt, courteous, and reliable..
Doug was awesome!! He was professional, personable and knowledgeable.
I hired Monster Clean Company to clean three rooms and the stairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The technician, did an excellent job — the carpets look brand new. He even pointed out stains I didn’t know were there and removed them completely. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I…

Great job! Used them at home and the office.
Monster Clean arrived promptly, were very professional, removed the stained areas, cleaned the stairs, and left everything clean and fresh. It cost less than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend them.
I had Monster Cleaning services come to a commercial renovation project. They were very prompt, extremely knowledgeable and equally professional. They did a great job. Tristan was clear with communication and quick with his service. First time using Monster Clean services, but will use again, as I am a real estate professional that may need for future listings or buyer homes.

Martin and his helper did a good job and they were very professional. I still have a large spot in the middle of my hallway as if this spot may have been missed. But the rest of my rooms look great!
Friendly and professional. The carpet looks great and a lingering fresh smell.
Friendly
Absolutely amazing. I had an emergency cleaning and my carpet looks like new and it's 20 years old. Will never use any one else!

I can’t say enough on how AMAZING they were! They got stains out of my carpet that I never thought would come out. Highly recommend this company!!
The quality of work surpassed my expectations. My floors, carpet and tile grot looked outstanding
Doug and Don are awesome! We are about to move into a townhome that we suspected didn't get a real deep clean, and Monster Clean was able to fit us in the NEXT day (at 5pm/end of day no less)! Upon checking with a black light, it showed several areas of "pet mishaps" that required special attention. We didn't need…
After coming home from deployment, my carpets and furniture were neglected very badly, and these guys came and did a phenomenal job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
Amazing! Quick and professional!
I called after hours and to my surprise Doug answered! Wow! He set an appt and showed up right on time. The price was fair and straightforward. They did a great job and they’re just really nice guys. Glad I came across them, and will definitely recommend them and use them again!!!
Very accommodating to the scheduling needs of our facility. Was very prompt and did a good job.
Doug and don came out and did a killer job cleaning up after my cable guy tracked dog poop through my whole home. Quick response after reaching out and they did a great job cleaning my carpet and rugs. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
Great locally owned company! Cleaning techs were very personable, as well as very efficient and thorough. The fragrance of the cleaner is citrusy which is a plus for me because I am fragrant sensitive. The carpets look great! I highly recommend their services.
Great guys! Were really fast and friendly. Would get them again they did an amazing job.
Nice guy, fast service, reasonable price. Highly recommended.
This is not the first time we used them and it won’t be our last!

John was very knowledgeable, quick, and professional. There was a stain they could get out, but I had suspected as much prior to start. They even offered a military discount!
Daniel was fantastic. He did a phenomenal job. The whole process was quick and painless. The floors smell clean and the grout in the tile is flawless. I am so happy we chose Monster Clean. I will be recommending them and I will be using them again.
we saw one of their vans on the road. they were able to schedule an appointment on requested day. the price was right. they called to confirm they were on the way and did a great job cleaning our 3 areas. the two workers were polite and helpful. we'd higher them again, very happy with their service.
I will say that the cleaning was very good, however, the process was missing a step that was done the last time I had my carpets cleaned. That step involves the moving of furniture to clean where the furniture sits. The company I used previously moved the furniture and cleaned where the furniture was in place.…
