Called them and they came out the same day. I had just got brand new carpet and my dog had a Huge accident. They got the stain out, where professional and friendly. When I moved in about 2 years ago there was some pet stains from the previous owners. Now my carpets look and smell great. I just wish that I had called them sooner.

Our service provider, John H., was very friendly and professional throughout our entire service. I love that he made sure we knew what was happening through the whole process. We had some pet odors and now the carpet looks and smells amazing.
We have used Monster Clean for years and the difference between their carpet cleaning and other companies doesn't even come close. We will continue to use them. They came out to clean the stairs that another company could not clean and just stated it was a high traffic area and the fibers being worn, that was not the case at all. Great job as always!
