Monster Clean is super responsive, goes a step above and their team communication is highly professional.
The work was done well and the technician was professional. But the final price was far higher than what I was quoted, and that is not acceptable. Pricing should be clear before the work starts. I was charged almost double what other local companies charge—about $200 more than Stanley Steemer. This feels misleading, and it needs to be corrected.
