The work was done well and the technician was professional. But the final price was far higher than what I was quoted, and that is not acceptable. Pricing should be clear before the work starts. I was charged almost double what other local companies charge—about $200 more than Stanley Steemer. This feels misleading, and it needs to be corrected.

I will say that the cleaning was very good, however, the process was missing a step that was done the last time I had my carpets cleaned.
