Natalie and her team were wonderful from beginning to end. From our first meeting, Natalie listened carefully to what I wanted, measured the space, and then presented a vision for the room to make sure we were headed in the right direction. We absolutely were.
I chose the turnkey service, and I cannot recommend it enough. I knew what I wanted my home to feel like, but I also knew I did not have the artistry or skill to take individual selections and pull everything together the way Natalie does. I had seen her walkthroughs and before-and-afters on social media and thought, “I want my house to look like that!” She could have simply given me a list of things to buy, but there is no way I could have put all of those finishing touches together as beautifully as she did. I am SO glad I trusted her with the entire process.
I definitely had moments of analysis paralysis along the way, and Natalie was incredibly patient. She gently walked me through my concerns, helped me make decisions, and made me feel comfortable with the direction we were going.
The renovation team was also fantastic—professional, dependable, precise, and friendly. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I always knew what was going to happen and when, and everything happened exactly when they said it would.
Then came install and reveal day. I didn’t have to do anything, and the finished space was perfect. As our children started coming home that evening, my husband looked around and said, “I can’t believe this is my house.” The kids said, “This looks like a model home.” That was EXACTLY what I wanted when I chose Natalie.
What I didn’t expect was how much the transformation would change the way we use the space. The kitchen and eating area have become the center of our home, and the kids are spending more time there and more time together.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the result. I’m already looking forward to the next phase and having Natalie put her touch on the rest of our home!
