Response to my inquiries ALWAYS satisfactory and quickly. Results of the service are always 95% accurate. Glad to be using Mosquito Joe of Springfield for our residence. Makes the time outdoors very enjoyable.
Paul and Henry did an excellent job spraying our yard for mosquitoes the other day . They took the time to inspect around our home to see where extra attention was needed and discussed the problems they saw and were going to take of before they got to work. Always great service . Thank you
Fowler rocked it today. Walked the entire property, pretreating as needed, and then did a phenomenal job fogging everything! I do appreciate this service that allows me to be outside without worrying about mosquito bites that could infect me with West Nile virus!
The service tech seemed to do a good job of getting into areas where there might be flying insects 👍
Love Mosquito Joes! Second application- so far no mosquitos. We can enjoy the backyard and deck without any bites. My husband talked to the technician- very nice man. We watched as they sprayed everything. Highly recommend! Had Brent today ( 9/21)- great service as always!!! Another great service with Braylin today! 10/9
Mojo Tech Paul is the best. Give that guy a raise.
I have full confidence that my home was sprayed thoroughly. I am pleased with the service.
Mosquito Joe in Springfield has great techs and office staff. They are all professional. Baylin treated our property today and did a great job. Baylin is efficient and friendly. Appreciate him spraying on such a hot and humid day. Have been a customer for a number of years and we are very satisfied.
Mojo tech Brent always does a thorough job and lets us know before he arrives. We appreciate that!
My tech, Baylin, arrived to my house but was unable to apply my lawn treatment because I still had contractors working in the back yard. Baylin graciously left and returned later that afternoon after the contractors were finished for the day. So sorry that he had to make a return trip and he was wonderful to do so.
Paul was terrific! We love that we can finally enjoy the outdoors again!!!
Brent always comes and does a great job spraying my yard and making sure all the sitting areas are sprayed really good!
Thank you Matt for going above and beyond!
Well yesterday I couldn't sit in my backyard and I'm from Florida. After the initial treatment I've been outside for 2 hours and haven't seen a mosquito. As a elderly person I take mosquito born illnesses seriously. This outfit was very professional and knew what questions to ask. Anyway if y'all need to be comfortable try it out.

Mosquito Joe’s tech Paul did an amazing job this week at my home thanks Paul
We have been a customer for a few years, and are very pleased with the service and the absence of mosquitoes. My grandchildren can play outside and are free of bites! They go into neighbors yard to get a ball and are swarmed by mosquitoes. Thanks to Paul for this week’s service.
ENJOY sitting outside again!!! Mosquito Joe emails me the week they will be spraying, texts me a few days in advance and calls me the morning of the spray. THIS WORKS better than any citronella candle you can buy and WORTH having your outdoor time back. Would give Mosquito Joe a 10 star. Thanks XANDER for keeping the bugs away!
Great communication!! Very easy!

Great experience with Mosquito Joe’s mosquito yard service. Great communication when they are coming to spray, responsive on the occasion when they need to come back for an “extra” treatment. Would highly recommend if you are having mosquitoes issues.

Since we started using Mosquito Joe in the spring of 2024 our back yard is fun! The kids jump on the trampoline and play until we make them come in. All the neighborhood kids come play in our yard because they don't have to fight off the bugs and can enjoy themselves. Not to mention our dogs are happier without the fleas as well...
Haven’t noticed any mosquitoes so far this year !!!! Just started using Mosquito Joe and very happy 😃 Even with the rainy weather lately ! Bug free ❤️
This is our 3rd season with Mosquito Joe and we love it! With a yard that has LOTS of trees, shrubs and landscaping to maintain, it’s great to do it without being eaten up by mosquitos! I even think it’s cut down on other pesky pests too!
Love their service and love being able to enjoy our backyard without getting attacked by mosquitoes.
Mojo is the best. I am one of those people that cannot walk to the mailbox without getting a mosquito bite. Mosquito Joe made life bearable. And their staff is AMAZING
Michelle and her Mosquito Joe team gave us our yard back!!! A week prior to our son’s outdoor birthday party we got heavy rains that overran us with flood plain mosquitoes. Very professional service! Very attentive and kept me informed of all activity taking place at every step along the way. Looking forward to having a bug free yard this summer and spending lots of time enjoying the outdoors!
I highly recommend these guys. We finally got to sit outside without being ate up by mosquitoes. It was so nice to be able to have cookouts and spend time with family without mosquitoes. They always called ahead to let us know they were coming. Very friendly and professional people.
We’ve used Mosquito Joe for several years now. There was a time I couldn’t be outside for even 10 minutes without having several mosquito bites. I can’t imagine not having the yard treated. The staff are professional and friendly. We love MoJo!

Glad we chose to use mosquito joe, it’s nice to be outside and not be bitten by bugs. Recommend 10/10
We hadn’t been able to enjoy our backyard the past two summers because of how bad our mosquitoes were. We chose the botanical solution and we very rarely see mosquitoes now! Very happy with the service
When I call a local person answers. The first time I believe it was the owner. The price seems fair and definitely a big difference in the mosquitos we used to have. Mojo tech Kinser does a good job. Moving and keeping the service at the new house. Biggest plus is they haven’t tried to sell me more stuff.
They are very friendly and very willing to help you with any of your questions. Very nice company to work with!
MoJo techs Connor and Kyle have done a wonderful job with our yard treatments! Their communication is wonderful and they always show up on time. MoJo treatments have made it so much nicer outside, especially for our dog!
No mosquitoes around the yard and makes it very enjoyable to have our 2 year old outside and not have to worry about getting eating alive
Cody and Kyle do a great job servicing our yard for mosquitoes. They always message when they are going to arrive and when they are finished. Great communication with the customer. Since we have started with Mosquito Joes, we hardly see a skeeter. It’s enjoyable to be outside again!
Great service and have only seen a couple mosquitos!
Best mosquito service we've had and the company is very professional, kind and knowledgeable staff too. Highly recommend. Still recommend after having the service for a few years. Great company and work. Very proactive communication on appointments too!
They come on a set schedule, and payment is automatic, so it’s effortless for us. I like knowing that they continue to tweak their product to accommodate changing issues.
Very friendly, communicative, professional owners and company
Picture this: a new home. A yard beckoning. Children yearning to be outside. Enter the villain: mosquitos. They were so thick we spent 5 minutes outside in the 10 days before mosquito joe arrived. Due to weather issues the treatment was postponed a couple of time. However, they were prompt in communicating and…
We are so happy with Misquote Joe. They have gone above and beyond and their customer service is excellent!! I would highly recommend them if you have problems with mosquitoes in your yard. Our tech Drew was amazing!

These guys have been the best Mosquitoe Service I use. Kyle was fantastic and on time and very thorough. They always are offering to make things right if the mosquitos come back before the next spray. But I never need them too.
I love the fact that I can be outdoors all day without getting bitten by mosquitoes. We have a wildlife friendly yard with several plants, trees, and bushes. Having Mosquito Joe treat our yard for mosquitos, fleas, and ticks with a pollinator friendly solution, keeps our pets healthier and happy and we still have plenty of bees to pollinate our flowers.
Always timely service
Tried other services and they could not get rid of our spiders or mosquitoes. Walking through our yard you could see spiders jumping out of the way and our front door was covered in them. We have not seen a spider since we hired them 4 years ago! We have kids and they play outside all the time and never get mosquito…
I love mosquito Joe. Have not had a problem since we started using them. Conner and Sammie are awesome

We love Mosquito Joe of Springfield! We are able to enjoy our yard all summer long!
Mosquito Joe was a GAME CHANGER for our family! Last summer we moved into our new home that has a backyard with lots of greenery & was infested with mosquitoes. Our daughter was just a few months old and when we would even walk from our car to our front door, she would get a few bites on her face. It was so…
We are always notified ahead of time when they will be here to spray the yard. They walk the parameter and even spray up in to the trees and bushes! We can always tell after they have sprayed. There are no mosquitoes! We live in the country so that is saying something! Thanks Mojo!

We've lived in our house for 35 years. We could not use our backyard space until 3 years ago when we started with Mosquito Joe. We now watch movies in our backyard, grill out, some evenings just sit on our patio and read. I highly recommend this service.
Very professional service. Good communication regarding time of arrival and completion. The service works very well, highly recommend.
Excellent service. Owner calls to make sure service meets your satisfaction.
Just fantastic. Went with the essential oils and wow — not only does it keep the bugs away, for the first hour it makes your whole lot smell like it just got an invigorating spa treatment. I just moved into a new home the backyard is in deep shade. The mosquitoes were so bad you could not go in the backyard without bug spray. Mosquito Joe came and after one application no bugs at all. It has been great to set outside with no worries of bug bites.
We moved to a new house, and the mosquitos were awful. We called Mosquito Joe and they were out the very next day! We immediately noticed the difference, and can now enjoy our new backyard without getting attacked by those pests. We highly recommend getting this service, and peacefully enjoying the outdoors this Summer and Fall.
Absolutely loved the service, the spray was amazing. We went in the backyard only 2 hours after the technician left and didn’t get bit once. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended this company!!!!
I talked with Bailey on the phone and she was able to explain what they do, what they apply, how it works, how long it works, the cost, and even suggested a product (& sent the link) from Amazon to use when there's a hard rain and you get standing water! They texted the next morning 20 minutes out, came, applied the…
Jake started by introducing himself and asked if we had any questions. He was very professional in his approach to his job. We have used Mosquito Joe for over 6 years now and have been very happy with the service. Paul

Our family spends a lot of time outside. It is wonderful to not have to worry about mosquito bites, especially with young children. Mosquito Joe provides a great service, is always professional, prompt and friendly.
I live in the country, tree shaded 1/4 acer, between 2 creeks and have a pond. Flooded two days before a large party. Mosquito Joe was here 2 weeks ago. Not one Mosquito nor tick bite. I have used them for several years cause my grandchildren were getting bites. Very helpful, kind and responsive. Thank you for the peace of mind.
I’m so happy that a friend recommended Mosquito Joe when I was complaining about the mosquitoes at my house. MJ has allowed my family to enjoy being outside and we no longer have to wear bug spray. I love that you don’t have to be home. No social contact, but you know they are there because you get text updates. I feel like there’s less mosquitos and I can enjoy the outdoors with my 11 month old.
Just completed my second application and results are favorable. Have not noticed any mosquitoes in my yard which is very nice. Very pricey in my view as nearly $90 per application every three weeks and the tech is at my home less than 20 minutes per visit. If the application was in $50 range I would probably sign up…
This is our second year using Mosquito Joe. They come on a regular schedule about every 3 weeks. Cost is about $140 for my 1.3 acre yard. They always text before they come and when they are done. This is our third year of service. We have a pool in our backyard, and with the mosquito extermination service we can always enjoy a swim, even a night swim, without getting bit! Our neighbor was tired of their mosquitoes, so we shared Mosquito Joe’s name, and now our neighbor can enjoy their yard too!

We started using Mosquito Joe when they first opened years ago. The owner had Jeff stopped by and told me all about the system they use, which is safe for my children and pets. We have used Mosquito Joe for about 6 years and wouldn’t think of doing a summer without them!Go Joe!!

Mosquito Joe employees are always cautious when checking for pets, etc. prior to spraying. The extermination results have been wonderful for being able to enjoy the yard.
My husband and I are new customers, and had our first treatment a couple of weeks ago. We were a little late getting started for the season, so we opted to do the "max treatment" to get caught up. They sprayed in the morning, and, not even kidding, we sat outside after 10p that same night, and y'all, I swatted at…
We have lived in a wooded, rural environment for over 15 years and could barely sit outside in our backyard because we were constantly attacked by mosquitos. Great experience from start to finish. I love the service friendly staff and attention to detail. One of my better decisions!
Very professional and on time people. We’re willing to come back after I left the gate locked later in the day - AWESOME!! Love getting to be outside without being eaten up.
I was skeptical as to the degree that the mosquitos would really be controlled, especially since my yard is small and my neighbors (with non-treated yards) live very close, but I was pleasantly surprised! I spend a lot of time in my yard, and in the past I have not been able to spend ANY amount of time in my yard…
Our yard has been virtually mosquito-free since we started using Mosquito Joe. We have been very happy with this service and would recommend it to anyone who, like us, spends a lot of time outside!
Helps keep the mosquitos at bay. Their notifications are timely and service is provided on time every month. Try it if you have a mosquito problem in your yard
Customer service was outstanding! They were so quick to come out and haven’t seen any mosquitos. 😊😊
It is reassuring to know that we can sit outside, have guests over, and work in the yard without getting bitten. MoJos all natural products are safe for our fur babies and have really made a difference in the time we spend outdoors. Outside is FUN again!!
You could tell the spraying worked excellent after one treatment. WE were very very please with the results. We are enjoying our backyard again.
these guys are great, they care to make sure you are happy with your treatments, they go out of their way to apply additional barrier treatments even along the outer perimeter of the property when needed and/or mosquito activity increases whether being from the weather or possibly neighboring issues that could be…
I get welts when bitten by mosquitoes, I’m not sure why they like me so much (haha). I can safely say that this lawn spray service has allowed me to be completely bite-free this whole summer! I can spend time in the backyard again, without constantly spraying myself and my kids with bug spray. Hooray for being able…
These folks run the most fantastic business anywhere. I’ll say first, the service definitely helps with mosquitos. More importantly, I’ve been a customer for awhile. I contacted Michelle there to say that I wanted service at my girlfriend’s house because we just lost her sister and family would be coming to…
Having Mosquito Joe treat our property means we can enjoy outside all summer without the nuisance of lathering up in bug spray. No more mosquito bites from this yard!
This company is amazing! The technicians do a great job every time answering questions to help us understand their process along with being very thorough when treating our property. My family and I had a huge mosquito problem and my children were not able to hangout in the yard without being eaten alive. Mosquito…
We have been customers of Mosquito Joe for the past several years and cannot imagine a summer without their service. From our first service we noticed an immediate improvement. We get to enjoy our yard and porch all summer feeling comfortable and safe! Communication is consistent, the field techs are friendly and…
Very happy with the service my family could not even set out side and now the grandkids are out all the time
MoJoe came to our rescue in late spring. Their attention to our trouble spots, their willingness to explain the products used, their care in application of products around our pond and animals, plus their enthusiasm and kindness made our summer quite wonderful from the perspective of few to no mosquitoes! They are on speed dial for next year!
Very professional service. Effective mosquito treatment. It made our time outside so much more enjoyable. We will use Mosquito Joe's service again. We would 100% recommend their service to friends/family.
