As an avid gardener, sunbather, and generally love being outdoors, Mosquito Squad has made it easy to enjoy being outside. Conscientious, exceptional service. 10/10.
They sprayed for mosquitos and we haven’t had any since then. Now we have Buffalo knats eating us alive.
Love that we can enjoy being outside without worrying about being but by pesky mosquitoes
Great service! Always prompt and great communication!
Worth every penny to be able to use our yard!
Everything was well sprayed!! Hopefully, it killed all mosquitoes!!
After the first application the mosquitos were virtually gone and with regular applications, my yard stayed mosquito-free. The staff is friendly and informative.
8/20/2026: Great service from Jakob. 6/18/2026: Great work, as always, by Jakob. Thanks. 4/16/2026: When Jakob came today, the first thing he did was check an area of the backyard for standing water after a heavy rain. Then he sprayed the area to eliminate any mosquito larva. All good. The Mosquito Squad is…
Mosquito Squad always do excellent job! They are professional and friendly. I am always pleased with their service. Thank you Mosquito Squad!
What a difference! We were overwhelmed with mosquitoes and wasps. One visit made an insane change! After one week, I've yet to see any! We will definitely continue to use their services. The previous company we used doesn't even compare to The Mosquito Squad! Great tech and customer service!
Travis is our tech and he does an awesome job. He always asks us beforehand if there are any problems he needs to address. He does a very thorough job and is very good at what he does. Thank you Travis!
The service providers at the Mosquito Squad are always so respectful and professional. They take care to cover our outdoor cat's food and water before they spray. We really appreciate this extra level of mindfulness.
We live in surrounded by two ponds and a drainage ditch that always holds water… that being said mosquitoes were terrible all day and night. We tried everything before calling mosquito squad. Day one after mosquito squad treated the property and not a single mosquito bite. Day two and another enjoyable day. Thank you mosquito squad!
Great and very competent service! Very knowlegable!
Very positive experience with mosquito squad. Staff was friendly, explained everything clearly and effective treatment. Highly recommend!
Always great customer service! If I ever have issues where my family is getting bit (rarely happens) they come back out and spray again
The work to protect our yard from mosquitos was excellent. He was very good to cover the area completely. The guys are always so friendly!!
Have done this for a few years. Seems to really help. Used to be eaten alive as soon as you stepped out the door. Now only bugged by one here and there if anything.
Can finally sit outside without being eaten alive by mosquitos
Mosquito Squad is always on time and has cancelled related to weather, but has quickly gotten our yard right back on the schedule.
I asked them to help me with a special-needs problem where I had a tree that was dying from some type of insect infestation. They came right out and they worked with me to spray the tree and put a shield into the ground to attempt to stop whatever is killing the tree. If I have any trouble with mosquitoes coming…
Great Service! Great job!!! Always friendly!!
Awesome staff. Always friendly.
Awesome to work with, very accommodating with last minute schedule changes.
Reliable and it’s nice to spend time outside without being eaten by mosquitoes.
Thank you for the mosquito free summer! We have been enjoying more time on the porch thanks to the mosquito squad crew from Athens! It has been so nice to enjoy the yard without being attacked!!
Great results with treatment. They always Keep me notified when arriving and very courteous. Would highly recommend this company.
Since having mosquito sqad spray my yard I have had absolutely no mosquitos and my dogs don’t have fleas. Summer is much more enjoyable!
First year was great. This year was terrible. Didn’t spray where we wanted and I don’t feel we are getting the service we did the first year. Even complained to the company about the last visit. It was shameful… won’t have this company next year. We will take our business somewhere else. What a waste of money this year.
These folks do a great job and are excellent at communicating with their clients.
We are super happy with Mosquito squad. They are always on time and do a thorough job. We're customer for life.

Always professional service and techs. They listen and respond accordingly .
I could not be happier with this company! Technicians are always thorough, professional!
Great service! Very friendly people. Highly recommend this business. From mosquitos to ants, this place has you covered.
Customer Service is beyond wonderful. They kept me informed of arrival and once on-site, Zachary and Blake were informative and personable. This is my 1st treatment, but I already noticed a difference at my front door and on my back porch. So glad I found The Mosquito Squad.
Professional owners and techs. They actually make my yard enjoyable. More than worth the money you spend.
Mosquito Squad came back out to re-spray (complimentary) for very resilient mosquitos without any hesitation. Thank you!
These guys ALWAYS do an awesome job for us! On time, friendly, and it really gets the job done!
Timely, clear communication, good pricing. They provide "every 3 week" and (if you can afford it) "every other week" service which is way way more effective for mosquitoes than every 4 weeks. Me & my kids get eaten alive by mosquitoes during the summer months.
Technicians are friendly and professional — as are the customer service reps. I was getting devoured my mosquitos; none of the lotions, sprays, candles etc. worked for me. Some friends recommended Mosquito Squad, and I signed up. It was a great call!
We are really pleased with The Mosquito Squad of Springfield-Decatur! They have been fast to return calls or emails to answer any questions we have. We noticed a difference in our back yard immediately and have been so happy to be able to spend time outside without worrying about the mosquitos or ticks! Updated…
We have loved being able to enjoy our yard and not worry about being bitten up! Thank you so much!
We live on a creek with a wooded lot. Our mosquitoes were so bad that we just wouldn't go outside. We knew that Mosquito Squad had worked wonders at a local outdoor theater venue so we gave them a try. We haven't seen or heard a mosquito since! Now we are outside all the time!! I highly recommend their service!!!…
Love having this service so that we can enjoy our yard in the summer! Treatments WORK and customer service is top-notch.
Edit- can even use the pool at night without pesky mosquitoes thanks to Mosquito Squad! Monthly applications allow us to be in our yard and pool with less mosquito bites. Always let us know when they are in route for service via text and email when treatment is complete and when we can have pets back in the yard.
We have been with Mosquito squad for 3 or 4 years and it is worth the money. The guys are always great and it does work!
The applications I've had done have really allowed me to enjoy my yard more.
Always on time. Thorough job. Very professional. Highly recommended.
We absolutely love this service! This is an update for our third year of using them it is still great! No little pests flying around annoying us. I would highly recommend them.
Great Service! We are very pleased each year! And will renew again!
No experience with them.
Tech was very polite and did a very thorough job. He let me know that we had 7 wasp nests under the deck, and he took care of them.
On time, friendly, professional and know what and why things needed to be done.
Reasonable price and happy with them
I shared concerns the previous week. I saw the technician completing the application and they paid special attention to all areas of concern!! Thank you.
He did a great job and treated the deck. Thank you very much. No complaints. Did a great job.
We have had a very positive experience using the Mosquito Squad for our childcare center's mosquito control.
We are so glad we can enjoy our yard again. Mosquito Squad has been A wonderful investment and their staff is very friendly! Blake did a great job! I love that I don’t have to lather my kids up with bug spray to play outside!
Stephen and Travis always thorough and reliable. They suggested and I agreed to use water soluble spray for my boat dock which is always buggy. Hopefully, bug free going forward.
We have had a great experience with Mosquito Squad so far. We are prepping for our first outdoor party, so we will see!
Good results and they come according to the set schedule.
Mosquito Squad are always on time and do a great job.

Pleasant
This is our fourth year in using Mosquito Squad and we have been pleased with their service. Today's service technicians - Quentin Vala and Jacob Rouse - were professional and courteous! We try to spend as much time as possible on our porch and patio and it is so nice to enjoy these times mosquito free!

I’ll never go another summer without mosquito squad. Being able to enjoy your own yard in the summer is amazing!
Great service. Used them for 3 years now and my yard is bearable now. Before, the kids couldn’t even play outside without being eaten alive. They always notify me when they’re coming and when they’re done. Highly recommend
I love that they inform you of everything. They have good communication. I have been using them for three years and recommended them to family and friends who are still using them. My family and I can fully enjoy the summer without getting bitten.
I got great customer service and response. Was able to get discounts to help with costs and got to use a new customer coupon. Was able to get set up immediately for my first application and I get text and email reminders. So pleased so far. Can't wait to receive my first treatment. Today 5/26/23 they came and…
The Mosquito Squad is very responsive, prompt and communicated well. I always know what day and around what time they're coming even if they have to reschedule due to weather. We had them add a flea extermination service to the yard this season and so far no fleas!
Have been using them for 4 years now and love being able to sit on our patio anytime and not have to worry about mosquitoes. They come every 3 weeks and it’s an awesome service. Highly recommend them!
This is our third year for using Mosquito Squad and haven’t had a mosquito bite since ! My husband mowed neighbors lawn and got eaten up ! We appreciate the Squad as do our dogs !
Very happy with this business . My family can enjoy the outdoors all summer long.. They take care in what they do and very responsive when I have questions or concerns.
After our daughter got Lyme disease, we decided we needed to have Mo Squad treat our yard, and we have been so pleased with the results. Our kids can play outside without coming in with bug bites, and we can sit outside and enjoy our yard without being bothered by bugs. The employees have always been professional…
The customer service was exceptional! We were notified when the technician would be showing up, when the service was completed, and were given excellent communication about what to expect. They were very professional, highly recommend! And after the first application, noticed a difference in mosquitos in our yard and we live on a river bed.
Mosquito Squad is a great service! The technicians are very nice and knowledgeable.
I've two kids and two dogs. I'm impressed with how well these folks made sure I understood the product and the process before I signed up. The alerts tell me when they're on the way and when they're gone. I don't think it could be easier.
This is our first year using their service and we arr very satisfied. The customer service is great. The prices are good. And the technicians go above and beyond.
Great service, great staff!
We started spraying years ago when we noticed the bugs were so bad we weren't enjoying our backyard. Now, even though we live in the country with many trees, we spend more time in our yard then our "city" friends! Thanks for keeping us us enjoying our outdoor space!
I highly recommend them!! We can enjoy our yard and not get bit by Mosquito's!!!!
This company is absolutely amazing. Aaron worked with me via email to create a schedule & even used a Google aerial photo of my property to explain exactly where & how they’d be treating the property. The technicians are kind, leave family friendly “kids live here signs” & are knowledgeable if I have questions. My…
We’ve been using them for over a year they do an absolutely amazing job! Very easy to work with and are understanding if there are financial issues and are willing to work with you. We have a pond and a pool so we are a breading ground for mosquitoes. Since they’ve started spraying our yard a couple years ago we haven’t had a single mosquitoes issue since.
The team is very customer friendly. They always call ahead to let us know they are coming so we can get our dog inside.
I’ve been using mosquito squad for 3 years now and we love it. We have small children and it’s great to be in the yard and not have to worry about mosquitoes. If we ever have a scheduling issue it is always resolved with a phone call. Great service and great people!
We started using Mosquito squad last summer, 2022. For the first time, I went an entire summer without a single bite in my yard. I was able to enjoy my property, so it was a no brainer to sign up again this year. The guys are always very polite and consciences. I have 3 dogs and I normally leave one gate open for…
My experience with Mosquito Squad has been nothing but positive. It absolutely makes a huge difference in the amount of mosquitoes in our yard. We LOVE Mosquito Squad. Very professional, friendly, and do a wonderful job thoroughly treating our yard. We never have a mosquito issue!
Very professional. Answered all of my questions
This is our second year with Mosquito Squad. I have to admit I was a little skeptical the first year. We live by a river and the mosquitoes are always very bad, but the service really works and works well. I am always notified before they come out to spray and the technicians are always polite and efficient. Highly recommend
The technician that applied the application to our property was very quick and professional. The product is amazing and makes spending time outside much more enjoyable and comfortable! 100% would recommend to others.
The technician was pleasant and informative. Took care of business and professional manner.
We have a large property with plenty of mosquitos. I was pleasantly surprised how effective it was. Dennis Urban is a reliable and careful tech, Aaron at HQ helped with some early service issues.
Mosquito Squad always does a great job for us. We live in a wooded area and because of the recent rains, the mosquitos were bad, then, they show up and bingo they are gone. Great service, great product.
We started using them last summer. I was able to tell a difference in days. They are fantastic and their technicians are very polite.

I really depend on Mosquito Squad to keep my yard free from mosquitos. This is my second year of using this service and their treatment allows me to enjoy my yard with guests and family throughout the summer. I appreciate their communication about when they will arrive. I am a fan!!
We weren't home when they came but they gave advance notice when they would arrive and left a small sign in the yard when complete. So far so good.
Their techs are always very professional and knowledgeable. before we could not be outside very much, even though we do a lot of gardening. Since Mosquito Squad came along, we spend the majority of our time enjoying the entire yard and gardens. Thank you Mosquito Squad! I highly recommend this company!
My backyard deck area would be over run by Mosquitos if it wasn't for Mosquito Squad. I'll admit when I got my house sprayed the first time and I saw a bug out there my first thought was that it didn't work. But I remembered that it is eliminating 85% - 90% of pests. Just because you see a couple bugs doesn't mean…
They were very responsive to my initial questions and very helpful in answering them. They've shown up whe. They said they were going to, they notify by text when they are on the way and even let you know who the technician is that's coming. We just started using them this summer and so far so good!!
They are very professional and stand behind their services. I would highly recommend them for mosquito and tick applications.
We live in an area near water with lots of timber and grasses. The bugs were often unbearable - mosquitos, ticks and gnats. We were avoiding going outside and enjoying our yard and patio due to the amount of bugs until we hired Mosquito Squad. We have been using them for 3-4 years now and can't imagine summer…
These guys are the best. Great customer service from the phone conversations to the application. Always on time and very professional
My daughter and I are very sensitive to mosquito bites and our town has them horribly. We were barely able to go in our yard even doused in bug spray! After trying mosquito squad we will never go back. We can enjoy all summer long and I've only gotten bitten once. Absolutely amazing
Dakota did a great job at our home we have not had any issues with mosquitos. He also did a great job explaining the process as this was our first time
Mosquito Squad is very good. I have been with them for several years now. The product they use is wonderful. We can walk outside and not worry that we will be eaten up by mosquitos. If you should have a problem, they will not hesitate to come a put another application on. I plan to use Mosquito Squad for a very long time.

Since having Mosquito Squad come treat my yard I have yet to see one Mosquito. Awesome service!
Over all the treatment was OK. This year, about a week after the treatment, I had many guests at my residence who were bitten by mosquitoes. There is no standing water on my property. I doing more research for next year before committing to this company again. This service is not cheap! $400/season
The young man that comes to our home for this service is more than professional. He ask about my concerns, areas that might be a pest breeding areas, and always reminds me not to be on the lawn until it looks dry. My husband and I are very pleased with the service of the Mosquito Squad. This is our 2nd year using…
It works very well for bugs and mosquitoes. I love being outside
I absolutely love mosquito squad- this is my second year with them - I have not had 1 mosquito bite in the last 2 years. Great service. Conscientious technicians. And the product works. 5 stars.
It appears that Blar was the tech who administered both the 1st & 3rd application this year ? He is absolutely thorough with his applications ! The 2nd application this yr seemed to be lacking . I really appreciate Blar taking his job serious ! This kid was also very courteous to myself . If at all possible I would…
I am someone that tries to handle things on my own. Step 2, I try to use local. Well, I have been trying to call the local folks I have used for years, and since changing who runs the show, I can't get ahold of them. Anyhow, mosquito squad were easy to get ahold of. Yes, the price is a little scary at first, but…
Called on Thursday with some questions and they showed up on Friday to treat our pool area! Love the friendly staff and text message communications! Professional trucks and uniforms, when my wife and daughter our home they know who is in the yard. They get a 5 star on customer service!

Mosquito Squad communicates well about their visits, especially with weather being so rainy lately. I know I can reach out to them and they will respond quickly and tend to my detail. We have been pleased with Mosquito Squad results for the last 3-4 years. We will never go through another Illinois summer without them.
Great investment! We have live on 2 acres, one is all woods another is house and yard. Spraying 1 acres of our yard has been life changing to be outside!
We used to have spider webs daily! We no longer have the mess. We also have drastically less mosquitos.
Best bug free summer EVER, first summer the gnats and mosquitoes didn't eat me alive. The service was always on time and reminders were sent and left after spraying.
Mosquito Squad does a fantastic job. Their team is very respectful and polite. I love being able to sit in the backyard and not need the can of insect repellent to avoid the mosquitos!
We have used Mosquito Squad for the past several years. It started as a one time application for a graduation party, and we were amazed by how much we could enjoy our yard again! We now have Mosquito Squad service our yard all summer long. The staff is friendly and professional, and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.
