Mike Emery and Moss roofing truly are at the top of their league with professionalism and integrity and quality. Mike got the lady I am a caretaker for. Ms jones. We are so pleased with everything. Thank you so much.
We had a devastating hail storm which destroyed my roof in May. Mike E with Moss roofing came by to see if I was interested in a free inspection for my roofing system. We filed the claim together and Mike walked us through every step, everything happened just as he said it would. And on top of that state farm denied…
Highly recommend Brian Townson and Moss Roofing I worked with Brian Townson throughout my entire roofing process and he was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He helped work directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved, coordinated with the adjusters, and kept everything moving without me…
Very professional, very friendly, no issues, was amazing thanks to Sean and onsite crew. Yard was perfectly clean and great care taken with our pool and landscaping. Highly recommend
Me and my wife were working in the yard when Jim Phelps introduced himself and ask if he can inspect our roof for hail damage. Knowing that we just had a storm I said yes. After inspecting he recommended a roof replacement. To make a long story short, my roof was replaced by Jim Phelps crew of Moss Roofing. Jim did…
I recently had a bad hail storm in my area. I received many business cards on my front door. I Googled Moss Roofing and they seemed very professional. I called Moss Roofing and Wayne Beasley was at my property same day. Wayne answered all my questions and concerns. He even called my homeowners insurance and helped…
UPDATE: We suffered damage from hurricane Beryl to the roofs of both of our homes, so I called Brian Townsen again. One of the roofs only needed slight repairs so he was able to help get that scheduled and the other house was outside of Moss Roofing's territory, so he referred me to another company who handles…
Brian Townson, our rep, was first rate. Professional, responsive and all-around great to work with.
Worked with Sean end to end replacing roof. No surprise and everything went as expected. Things got done as planned and material used are of good quality.
Haygen at Moss Roofing did an exceptional job. Haygen took care of everything when dealing with my insurance company. His efficiency and professionalism were top-notch. Haygen and his crew finished the job in just one day. I was also impressed by how they cleaned everything up before they left. Thank you for…
Highly recommend Moss Roofing. Easy to do business with, professional, communicative and made filing with home owners insurance a breeze. Ask for James!
Sean and Matt were extremely helpful in working with Travelers Ins. and the inspector, thus making the approval process easier and timely. After the small "hipcup" of using "ring shank nails" on shingles, the job went very smooth. I would and did recommend Moss Roofing to my neighbors.
