I just moved to Arizona from Texas and i've been looking for a studio to go to and fortunately I live right next to Motto. I had my fair share of Yoga studios because I frequently like to move around, but I've never had such a pleasant experience like Ive had here. The staff was super caring and my instructor Kelli P was AMAZING!!! She knew exactly what she was doing and led with confidence. If you are in the area and are looking for a studio Motto definitely deserves a try!
I absolutely love Motto Yoga! I had never done yoga before coming here, and now I’m completely hooked. The classes are challenging but also incredibly rewarding, and I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and so glad I came. The owners and instructors are amazing—so welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely caring. They make you feel comfortable no matter what your experience level is, which meant a lot to me as a beginner. Motto Yoga has become something I truly look forward to, and I’m so happy I found this studio. If you’ve ever thought about trying hot yoga, I highly recommend giving Motto Yoga a try. You might just fall in love with it like I did! ❤️🧘♀️
The moment I walked through the doors and met Dave, the owner, and Kelli Parker, one of the best instructors who teaches there, I knew I found my people. I have been a regular student of Motto Yoga for ~2 years. Before the year is over, I will hit 400 classes including classes from my YTT. The staff are always so welcoming and I have always had a positive experience with each and every instructor from the moment you walk in. They care about the quality of their curriculum for YTT and for all classes that are taught. And they are on top of cleanliness and hygiene. This place is home to me. I highly recommend all or any classes esp. my favs - Journey60, Warrior Flow, Yoga Tone/Sculpt, Hot Mat Pilates, 26&2, Rest and Restore, the Ashtanga and all Workshops led by Kelli P, and I recommend Motto if you're interested in completing your 200H-YTT. I can honestly say I would take my YTT all over again because of how much I loved it. It shaped me to become a better human, a thoughtful and safe space creator/teacher, and I gained meaningful friendships with the rest of the trainees. The schedule was very well put together and gave us exposure to many aspects of Yoga. Shout out to Kelli P (YTT teacher), Kelly G (YTT teacher), Aubrey F, Ginny, Jen U, Heather W, and Amanda M for all the heart and effort they give to their students/classes and also lots of <3 & 5 stars to Dave, Tanya, and Taryn, the studio owners. Without them - I wouldn't have a yoga studio to call home.
Awesome teachers and calming atmosphere. Multiple class options for all levels.

Would 10/10 recommend taking yoga teacher training at Motto Yoga! The studio as a whole is amazing. The owners are very sweet and welcoming. All of the teachers are very insightful and encouraging. Kelli P. really made my experience feel meaningful and special. Kelly G. shared so much knowledge, was hands on and always gave so much support. Our program was put together very intentionally and was well rounded. It truly was everything I wanted/needed and more. If you’re looking for a sign to jump all in to yoga teacher training this is it!

Motto yoga has been an answer to my prayers. I struggled for years with health issues which rendered me bedridden, on and off, for months at a time. I had very little strength and had no idea how to move forward in my life and had no idea how to get my strength, confidence, and life back. My life took a turn, for the better, when my daughter took a free class at Motto and recommended I try a class at Motto Yoga, so I did. The owners, Taryn, Tanya, and Dave helped me figure out which classes to take and welcomed me in such a lovingly, warm manner that helped me feel so at ease. I was very nervous to try hot yoga but the owners made me feel like family and every instructor I’ve taken has done the same. I cannot say enough good things about Motto and how the owners and instructors have created such a beautiful, accepting community where everyone feels at home. Motto Yoga feels like a second home to me, now, and my strength and confidence continue to improve. I love Motto Yoga so much I decided to take the 200 hour teacher training in hopes of becoming an instructor myself. That is how much Motto Yoga has affected my life. They have made me feel so welcomed and loved that it inspired me to do the teacher training. The studio is always clean, organized, friendly, and they offer a wide variety of classes. If you are looking for a yoga studio then Motto Yoga is your answer. You will not be disappointed.
Wow… thank you so much for taking the time to share your story. Reading your words truly means more to us than you know. It has been such an honor to watch your strength, confidence, and joy grow over time. Seeing you walk through our doors, trust the process, and now take the leap into our 200-hour Teacher Training is incredibly inspiring. Your journey is a beautiful reminder of what this community is all about. Thank you for trusting us, allowing us to be a small part of your healing journey, and for bringing your light into our studio. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Motto family and can’t wait to continue cheering you on every step of the way. With so much love and gratitude, Taryn, Tanya, Dave & the Motto Yoga Team 🤍
