Motto Yoga

Can’t say enough good things about this place!!! The atmosphere is so beautiful and neat and the employees are incredibly kind and helpful when I tried it for the first time! Def recommend if you’re local :))

I just moved to Arizona from Texas and i've been looking for a studio to go to and fortunately I live right next to Motto. I had my fair share of Yoga studios because I frequently like to move around, but I've never had such a pleasant experience like Ive had here. The staff was super caring and my instructor Kelli… Read full review

I absolutely love Motto Yoga! I had never done yoga before coming here, and now I’m completely hooked. The classes are challenging but also incredibly rewarding, and I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and so glad I came. The owners and instructors are amazing—so welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely caring.… Read full review

I have nothing but great words for Motto. From the owners to each of the teachers to the classes offered. There is truly no experience quite like the one you’ll get here! I love them!

Motto yoga has been an answer to my prayers. I struggled for years with health issues which rendered me bedridden, on and off, for months at a time. I had very little strength and had no idea how to move forward in my life and had no idea how to get my strength, confidence, and life back. My life took a turn, for… Read full review

Kelli’s one hour meditation class was truly incredible from beginning to end. The atmosphere was so welcoming, calming and intentional, allowing me to completely unwind and be present. As the session came to a close, we were guided into a short sound bath that felt deeply soothing, followed by the most beautiful… Read full review

Great atmosphere...healing heat...give yourself the gift of mind body spirit union.

Meditation with Kelli P is the best!! I love that we can take time to grow from the inside out. I am very grateful for Kelli P and all of the Motto Yoga family.

I have attended Kelli’s meditation three times now. And while each experience is completely different, the vibe is always the same. Welcoming, inviting, a space to let go and be open minded. Every time I leave her class, I feel energized in whatever way I didn’t even know I needed. It’s honestly the perfect way to end a Sunday night.

I’ve been attending the Yin: Reset & Recharge class for the past few months and it’s become an essential part of my week (I’d love to see more sessions offered!). I deal with chronic back issues, and Heather is incredibly helpful and supportive—she always provides thoughtful tips and modifications so I can get the… Read full review

Great experience. I like the Journey 60 class since its in a heated room. I'm newish to yoga so it's challenging when I'm still in the process of learning positions and flows and the elevated heart rate that comes with the combo of the heated environment. Yet I love how cleansing and soothing the experience feels from the sweating.
