Ben was on time and did a good job.
Mountain West Pest Control has been very reliable and thorough every time they service our home. Thank you.
Daniel's great! He's very knowledgeable and he obviously cares a lot about his work. This was his second visit, and I hope it won't be his last.
Great experience! The technician was super friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and why. He was thorough, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how personable and knowledgeable he was. Would definitely recommend!
Christopher arrived a few minutes early, he consulted with me about any concerns and went right to work! He was very thorough, spraying all around the foundation, windows, doorways, driveway cracks and along retaining walls. He then went back with a very long handled "duster" and went all around the windows and…
BEN was amazing and did a great job. I asked him to get another section of my yard and with no hesitation did it for us! Thanks Ben for the great job
Our tech Christopher did a great job. Always professional and courteous. Takes time to discuss any questions we have.
Elijah was great; calm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He wasn't able to finish today, exterior can't be done when it's raining, but within 15 minutes of him leaving the office called and had me scheduled for the next week.
Great service! On time and completed with the outmost professionalism.
Chris was exceptional. He explained everything that he was doing and asked us where we would like him to concentrate on.
Steve did an excellent job doing a full insecticide treatment inside our home; treating all baseboards, windows, and doorways. He treated the outside of our home very well treating eaves, flower beds, inside the garage, around doorways and windows. He took care of a wasp nest and cleaned up and replenished two…
Great experience with Mountain West Pest! Christopher showed up on time and was professional and thorough. I appreciate him stressing that I needed to keep my dogs from coming into contact with the bug spray for an hour and a half after the application. I highly recommend MWP!
Great customer service, very professional. Answered all my questions and requests!
Daniel was great and very knowledgable, looking forward to working with him going forward!
Daniel was exceptional! He listened to all my concerns and did a very thorough look through of the house which helped with my rodent concerns. He also found a lot of joy with my dog and didn’t mind my dog following him around while he was working. He went the extra mile by looking for specific entry points and…
Steve is great! He does a very through job and listens to my concerns and when i show areas that are worse he makes sure he gets the area good and then walks back to see if there was any progress. I decided to use a diffrent company this year but after a month and half i went back to mountain west.
Chad Kearsley- was on time and did everything I asked him to do and then went over and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of :) thank u again
I enjoyed talking to Ben. He didn’t seem rushed and seemed knowledgeable. I liked that he looked clean and neat.
Loved the service our technician knocked and asked question about possible area where wasps and other bugs have been where I wanted him to spay & knock down nest. I’m very pleased with his work we’ve had less and less bugs/wasps around our house since using this service. When he finished he knocked again to let me…
The ant problem is dealt with. Thanks! Great work!
Great service once again.
Our first service with Mountain West. Detailed service and cleared all webs and told me what he was doing.
Raul was great. Took care of some wasps and set traps for groundhogs and he took care of the ants. He was quick and knowledgeable.
Listened and treated our house properly. Was very informative.
Daniel was great, not only with doing the work and being thorough but also for being educational and informative about the ant problem and other areas of the house to fix up to prevent other kinds of pests.
I don't normally post reviews online but felt Mountain West Pest Control and Raul need to be recognized. I've been with this company for years as my primary pest control company even after receiving bids from others to change. This company and their staff are prompt, respectful, and so helpful whenever I need them…
Steve is extremely professional. We greatly appreciated his prompt and thorough service. Thank you!
I received exceptional customer service from Porter; he did exactly as i requested and then went above the basics. He cleared out wasps nests and used ant granules to stop our potential ant hills from getting bigger. He explained everything he did both inside and outside and was very courteous!! Thank you for…
Richard was great. He arrived on time, was friendly (at least to me, not so much the ants), and was in and out in no time!
Sadly the last 3 services I have received haven’t been completed as promised. The first one I called and stated they missed a couple wasp nests. I was told someone would be sent out for re-service and they wanted me to tell them exactly where the best were that were missed. The main service per contract states they…
Arrived on time, very professional & friendly. Worked quickly and updated us on everything that was done.
Christopher was very friendly, on time, and great communication. He was thorough with his work, indoors and out. We look forward to continuing business with Mountain West.
Ben was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our whole household was secured!
Richard is always on time. He makes sure to check with us upon arrival so we can put the dogs away so he can before the pesticide service inside and then outside including the garage and patio area! Thank you Richard and Mountain West Pest!
On time. Great service!
Chad did a great job. He took good care of the ant problem I had.
Always a great job done at our business! James is great
